Have been to this McDonald’s several times, and we enjoy coming here with our granddaughter! It is always busy at the drive through, and seems to have lots of pickups for food deliveries. Our food is always hot & fresh and the play area is clean, and lots of fun! Michelle was professional and friendly, and helped me use the App on my phone, to get my $3 biscuit special! The coffee was next level delish! I Highly recommend coming here! We will be back! My granddaughter loves the Happy Meals and the cute surprises that come with it!

My egg mcmuffin was super crunchy and i checked and it had egg shell inside. I ate half of that egg shell in the pic…. thats alot how do you even let that big of egg shell in a sandwich?

I really don’t like being the person that complains I just try to keep it to myself so I can avoid problems but I’m done being nice and being the quiet One I will never come to this McDonald’s on Mary Esther especially at night cause me and a couple of friends of mine came here to eat so we could continue on with our night and my best friend ordered her food and they messed it up so as she was heading back to the front counter to get a remade and once they remade it may bring it to her and it was still messed up like they were pissed off now I thought McDonald’s policy was to have friendly customer service but apparently not the way I was raised respect is earned not given so I can understand everybody has bad nights but you don’t take that out on the customer who accidentally made some mistake on their order you’re supposed to be the one that is kind and understand and not have an attitude with remaking an order

Food and services here are about right. Great burgers and nuggets. The fries are also very nice. Nice place for the kids because of their meal size.

The inside of the building was pretty clean and the employee was taking out the trash. The tables are cleaned off and floors (in the main part) have nothing on them. When going into the play area (which had a lot of people) there was a very strong and noticeable smell of either mildew or soggy clothes. Even after the people left the smell was very pungent and made me want to exit even faster. I did NOT eat my food in the play area due to this. If you go to this McDonald’s I do not recommend you go into the play area unless you are fully prepared for a gross smell the whole time. The food is the same as any average McDonald’s and there was nothing super memorable about it. Will not be returning.

The food is basically the same as any other McDonald’s. What I look for is the service and the workers. With that being said, it’s a hit or miss. They have some people who always greet me with a smile and there are some who you can tell just want to get their shift over with. It’s not terrible or bad service by any means but nothing that makes them stand out.

Cashier with a buzzed head and black beard was a nightmare. Sighing, disregarding, rude, slow to service, asked no questions, put in out order wrong, order received was not great, mcdouble had no cheese, coffees tasted horrible. The cashier was even rude to my 7 year old daughter who only asked to pay for her fries.

I have never had a burnt chicken sandwich from McDonald’s until today. I usually let the small stuff slide (no BBQ sauce given for nuggets, being told the fries are fresh when you can clearly see they are not, request for no items on sandwiches that get put on them anyway – ie. pickles, etc….), but today was just not right. You guys really need to get it together regarding messing up orders and food not hot or too hard, and even burnt.
