Right Back At Ya!
I work within walking distance of the Gulf Breeze, Tiger Point location. I order often through the ap. I order through the ap because it is supposed to fast and I am given a time when the order will be ready. The time given is never correct. I always end up waiting. Today (08/27/2023) I had had enough. I placed an order. The ap said it would be 2-5 mins for the order to be ready. I waited 7 mins because I had a customer at my work that held me over. I made it to the location to pick up my food that should have been ready, it was not ready. I was told they were waiting on fries but I can see a lot fries going to the drive thru from where I was standing. The wait happens everytime I order from the GB TP location. I waited an additional 15 mins in store for my order. Unacceptable. I will go to Arby’s instead from now on.

All in all a great experience. However, some training may need to be done to teach the new and maybe old staff what a large fry looks like. This means that when filling the fries you pay for a large fry, you get a large fry. Not a small. I know times are tougher and pinchin pennies’s is a more important thing these days due to covid. But McDonald’s is known for that goodness. Please don’t let that magic fall to the waist side. Still, yall are better than most in this area.

Typical McDonald’s, pretty easy to get in and out of considering all of the construction, on Hwy 98, currently going on in GB. Fries are decent, at least more golden and firm than several of the McDonald’s in Pensacola.

My daughter had a soccer game and we thought the would be food there. There wasn’t. My other children were “starving” so we had to go find sustenance before they withered away. McDonald’s was close by. There was a long line at the drive thru, but the line moved very quickly. They got our order correct, which only happens like 75% of the time in a drive thru, and everything was hot and fresh. I wish we lived closer to this McDonald’s!
