Won’t be coming back here! Order two coffees, can’t tell the difference between the two! Staff was totally unavailable to help. Looked puzzled when I asked which coffee as which? Food just just room temp, hope I don’t get sick? And having to wait for my food and listening to the staff cuss at the top of their lungs is not appealing. Total trash! No wonder I was the only person in line.

I don’t know who is there right now but this was the WORST experience. They did not give me sauce I asked for, I asked for a sugar free iced coffee and instead of explaining they did not have it they gave me a regular one. This is a major health hazard to people who are diabetic. When I asked why they gave me regular coffee she said “we don’t have sugar free iced coffee you should have explained it better”

Placed mobile order on app. Waited 20 minutes at the store in Spot 1. Store wasn’t busy in drive through or dining room, but yet no one brought my food. Phone rang repeatedly when I tried calling; no one answered. There was no line or customers when I had to go inside (not really dressed to do so) to get my order. Employee walked right up to me when I approached the counter and handed me my order without saying a word…NOTHING, no kiss my butt, thank you…NOTHING. Apparently, she was waiting for me to come inside and get it myself. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Turn the Mobile Ordering OFF if no one is going to run it. I would’ve at least went through the drive through if I’d known no one was servicing the app orders. This is not the first time I’ve had to go inside to get my Mobile Order from this location. Fortunately, my food was good, but I will not waste another 20 minutes waiting to pick up my preordered “fast food” again. I’ll go somewhere that values the customer’s time.

An average NcDonalds probably. Not busy at all during lunchtime. One homeless guy laying out front and walking in and out.
I wanted to eat there while my Tesla was charging so I went to the kiosk to order and it said carryout only. Nobody was up from to talk to, so I had to yell back. They said don’t worry about that, that’s wrong. OK. I ordered seamlessly but it wasn’t able to print me a receipt. No problem there are only two people in here I think I’ll get the right order, but when I told them it was out of print paper they said “yeah it’s broken.” OK. If you make us use the kiosk, make them work or identify them as broken. Small but important indicator.

Hamburgers were dry and cold. Fries were fine. The place was very clean.
My biggest problem was with the staff. All 3 i encountered seem to have an attitude problem. Never a smile , hello or kind word spoken. I felt like I was in line at a prison food bar. Owner should look into the staff. This is not a place to which I would return.

The restaurant is nice and the area but they NEVER get my order right. It’s like all they see is the order like a double cheese burger not the whole extra onion no cheese part. They just skip everything else and make it the way it comes. I came up to the counter three times and they literally re made it 3 times every time wrong. Family of 5 for dine in. Ordered on kiosk and then watched 5 staff standing around while one made our sandwiches and let them sit and get cold before she started the fries. Then when my husband was asking for 4 waters they argued with him and were extremely rude. It took at least 20 minutes to get our order after being ignored and never greeted, with no other patrons in the dining room. Absolutely terrible customer service. I don’t normally write reviews but travelers beware of this place.

Just went there the first window girl was nice. But the second window Lady was Not. First thing she did was open the window and say “You keep changing your Latte order cold and hot what Do You Want?” Very rudely. (I never even changed it) I said hot and she Threw the cup with ice and Carmel angrily. I received my Latte and have realised there’s no caramel even after asking for 3 extra pumps at the first window. What a horrible experience.

Got there and still had to wait 30 mins while they just to get an order of fries, a sprite, and a mcflurry.
The mcflurry wasn’t mixed up at all. Just ice cream with Oreo on top.
The fries were half empty… And they weren’t fresh or salted and no ketchup was in the bag.
Employees were very rude and they completely ignored us sitting in the car by the window for 20 minutes before taking another 10 minutes to make such a basic order…..
Employees were not wearing gloves and were cross contaminating allergens on the food while giving my girlfriend the mcflurry and getting my fries.
So I couldn’t even eat the fries.
Talk about low standards…..
