Had to get their attention to even place an order. Overcooked, grease soaked bun like it was put in the frier. Amazingly, the meat was undercooked. I was too scared to ask them to cook it again because (1) they talk like gangstas and (2) I didn’t want a contact high from them spitting on my next burger.

It was great. Service was a little slow, but it didn’t bother us as much since there was a lot of people there and we weren’t in a rush. The strawberry milkshake was amazing, and we loved the way they made it! The white and pink gradient was a fun surprise. The fries were good, and everyone else liked their food. The tabled were all clean and the whole area was designed very well. I recommend this place!

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Went to the outer drive through and waited there for a few minutes and no one took our order. We noticed the car in front of us pulled around the building to go to the inner drive though so we figured the speaker wasn’t working. When we get to the inner drive through, we could barely hear the worker through the speaker. After waiting between 5-10 minutes after we pay, we get to the second window where we get our mocha’s and are asked to pull up to the third window to wait on our muffins. We drink our mocha’s while we’re waiting and they’re gross. The employee didn’t make them right and neglected to put any syrup on them. After about 8 minutes of waiting on our food my husband finally goes in to see what the problem is AND THEY FORGOT TO MAKE OUR FOOD!!! They were also very unsympathetic about the situation too. Extremely horrible customer service and a WASTE of time. Because of y’all I will never pull up to another window to wait on my food in fear of this happening again. Lazy, incompetent employees.

I had a satisfying experience at this McDonald’s location. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and served promptly. The staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The cleanliness of the restaurant was also commendable. Overall, I would recommend this McDonald’s for a quick and enjoyable fast-food meal.

Sat there and waited 20 mins for my 2 breakfast sandwiches which the biscuits were burnt! When my order was ready they didn’t even call out my number or bring it to the table like they are suppose to. Instead, they just let my food sit and get cold. Treated like I wasn’t nothing. Guess because I am not a phone to play on or one of their friends to hand out free food that I wasn’t important to them! If I were the owner I would fire the whole crew!

Roaches everywhere in the bathroom. Tiny ones like the Germans not the big Florida bugs. I alerted the manager who was some jamacan guy, wouldn’t give me his name. Possibly the worst location ever. Bums hanging outside, 1/2 the time they don’t have coke. 2 drive thrus and they only service 1, can’t count change back and barely speak English. Gave the cashier $20 for 1 basic meal and attempted to give me $.33 change while still hanging onto my $20. Slow doesn’t begin to describe this location. Owner should do the community a favor and close or corporate should Undercover Boss this location. Horrible horrible horrible
