This place is always busy and the drive thru always takes so long to get through but, I won’t rate them on that because they can help that McDonalds is loved by so many. Every time I get the crispy chicken biscuit from this specific location, it’s always a 10/10! The chicken is crispy, the biscuit is flaky and buttery. And when I add honey – lord help me the breakfast sandwich is complete. Love the breakfast at this location!

A drive through order here was a bit of a disappointment. The meat patties were not fully cooked in the Double QPC. Bit of a disappointment. I was not there for the drive through so I am not sure how long it took and how friendly the workers were but I can say without a doubt that the grill needs to be better monitored so the right heat and pressure setting is set for the right meat patties. Each size has its own setting and the wrong one leads to improperly cooked food. Employees need to add these to the waste bin to be counted at the end of the day and not put into customers food. It comes off as bad and lazy. I’m sure a boss would rather count a patty as waste instead of get complaints and bad reviews over improperly cooked food. Consider fixing or tossing mistakes next time.

The food and service were good. The sink in men’s bathroom was not working. This location was clean, considering it’s an older building. Would be 4/5 I if I could have washed my hands after using the restroom.

Ordered 5 breakfast meals which were missing 3 hashbrowns and sausage McMuffin missing the sausage. Service was quick but maybe you need to take more time listening to what your customer orders and get it right.

Waited in drive thur for over 15 mins at the speaker and no one spoke. Than went inside and waited over 25 minutes for my food. The manager and a co worker were yelling back and forth, bring very rude.

I’d give it a zero if I could. Went thru drive thru@ 11:28. There was one car in front of me at the time. Placed my order, pulled up to the window, got handed my drink and proceeded to shut there for 25 min. They tried to give some one else order. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, un-sweet iced tea, heavy ice, and an apple pie. Total was 11.00. When I left, after I had to wait for them to give me my pie, I took a drink of my sweetend tea. No extra ice, it was awful. Got back to work, dumped it out. My quarter pounder turned out to be, well I’m not sure. It was a quarter pounder, with bacon, big mac sauce lettuce onions. Ate it because I was hungry. The only right thing on my order were the fries. Horrible experience. The burger had so much sauce that it poured out. I’ve worked for McDonald’s in the past. It really was awful

I don’t want to be THAT customer, but I have a few complaints about this branch. I’m not a regular at McDonald’s, but occasionally, I’d like to grab a meal and an appetizer. While travelling for work, I tend to rely on McDs more often for lack of other options or being relatively faster than others when I’m in a hurry. But I got disappointed on so many levels, I don’t know if it’s my luck, but I had to wait for about 25-30 min for less than 5 cars in front of me at the drive thru. The food I was served was very bad. The fries were very soggy; the fish fillet stinks, bread was too hard and the fish felt like it was heated numerous times for the last few hours before I got it, with a tiny pinch of sauce that wasn’t even enough for a couple of bites. The nuggets were sub standard, I could only taste the overused oil in which they were fried. And of course to top it off, we asked for Mcflurry and they didn’t have any. Tried to settle for a Sundae, but they didn’t have any ice cream (which is the case for the last 8 times I tried to get it there in the past month). I’m sorry, but this branch needs reform.

My husband and I were having lunch during a busy time. The dinning room was full. The team remained friendly and what seemed to be accurate because no one complained about their orders. After the chaos was settled. I heard the GM – Ms Lyn, thank her crew and tell them what a great job they were doing and how she appreciated them.I truly believe it is that kind of leadership that keeps a team working well!
