The manager was nice but this employee went above & beyond during my visit! RELAYSHA M made sure the food was done around the same time so everything was hot! I had a great experience at this McDonald’s. The entire staff was super friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I ordered through the app, and the process was seamless—my food was ready lightning-fast and fresh. The store was incredibly clean and well-maintained, making it one of the best locations I’ve visited. Highly recommended!

I never really had a problem with this McDonald’s at all before but today kinda made me upset. I don’t know if lunch shift is just having a bad day or what it is but my grandmother and I went and gotten some McDonald’s before we had to pick up my son.. we went through drive-thru and we ordered our food, when we gotten it they forgotten my sons chocolate milk, sweet and sour sauce, no napkins, and almost forgotten our straws. My grandmothers fish sandwich was loaded with sauce like they put extra sauce on it and then my sandwich was was the way and just thrown together.. not to mention that the guy who was taking our order seemed like he was in a hurry because he finished our order and we had to tell him that we weren’t finished ordering yet..

Placed my order 10 minutes ago on the kiosk and still standing at the counter and not one person here has acknowledged me. No other customers are here. Cussing out loud and acting like they at”da club”. Manager looking guy had long braided hair in a rubber band, McDonald’s polo shirt and he is the one cussing.

Ordered two chicken sandwiches and two orders of fries online got here to the restaurant. It’s not ready. They asked me to pull up to space one and they would bring it right out. I have currently been here for almost 20 minutes and I still don’t have the food. Ridiculous. Who owns these franchises?

Just sat in the drive thru line for 30 minutes for ONE DRINK. ONE DRINK. The poor lady in front of us got one thing and also waited 30 minutes for her item and she drove off before she even got it because it was taking so long! Who wants to wait 30 minutes for one item? NO BODY! I ended up driving out of line to try and go inside and get a refund and these two ladies were standing in the door way chatting away with their coworkers and as soon as they saw my car pull in they said bye to their coworkers and said “we’re closed go through the drive thru” like seriously that’s not going to help! Worst customer service I’ve seen from a McDonald’s!

They really need new workers. All new workers. They do not let people know when they can’t serve anyone due to a problem. So they let everyone sit in the drive thru for like 20 minutes. They told me it will be a minute they would take my order. But never did.

Stood at the front counter for 24minutes while waiting to order breakfast.
The only person in line, multiple people in the back staring at us. Employee finally comes up and said “what, do yall need something?”
Took our order at 10:26 was waiting for the breakfast clock to run out in the back even though we clearly had children and waited patiently. This place is a joke. Employees sitting around and not helping must be the name of the game here.
Fast food workers want $20 an hour and can’t handle the $7 hour work load.

Take pride in what you do for a living and if you can’t take pride in your work find another job. Just stop serving us food that you would not consume yourself. McDonald’s tells you how much tartar sauce goes on a fish sandwich, unless the customer says otherwise. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS! We shouldn’t have to ask for fries with no salt in order to get hot fries. As customers we do have choices, including the choice not to eat at your restaurant, but if the majority of us choose not to come to your location, store labor changes and staff has no hours. No hours=no money. Just as you care about the loss of your income, customers care about what we receive for the value of our dollar. Google makes us leave at least one star in order to leave a review, otherwise there would be no stars for the food received with this experience.
