Stopped by today yes Thanksgiving, but they appeared to be open. We pulled up behind the car sitting in drive thru. We waited about 5 to 10 minutes. The car in front never got to order. The manager walks outside to talk to someone driving thru. I mean if it was open at least take a order. I mean the next McDonald’s was great at least the light were off so you automatically knew they were not gonna wait on you. If your not gonna take orders then turn lights off or put a sign in drive thru that says closed. Won’t go back my parents HAD BEEN GOING HERE FOR 15 YEARS NO MORE. Fast food after covid should be called slow painful death. 1 cost. 2 horrible food 3 horrible service 4 attitude of employees 5 very slow service and product. Horrible management . Thank you God after that my dad doesn’t want to go back.

The last few stops here, inside, nobody was ready to man the register even though there was not a line. The last couple a filet of fish had buns that were stale. Waited at the counter for 58 MINUTES!!!! No one working the counter, had to order at the kiosk. Everything was a crap show for about 45 minutes till a nice young amn showed up wearing a beanie and took charge. It got smoother after that but I still waited that long. While I was waiting the drive thru kept moving!!!!

Went and ordered 2 of the grinch meals. Paid at first window and then the cashier asked for receipt at the next window and was confused if we paid or not. Waited about 20 minutes and got the 2 “grinch meals” crammed in a bag super messy and then when we asked the girl if they had the Shaker salt that was supposed to go with it, she said “oh we dont have any but my manager said to just sell them as is anyway.” Then we said “and you guys dont think to mention that when ordering?” She said “my manager said not too, but I agree its stupid “

The brand new play area is great! It has a small separate area for toddlers. The multi level area for older children is easy to maneuver through even for non walkers. The new self order kiosks are easy to use. And the new seating is comfortable.
The only downside is the miniature bathroom. You practically have to step over the toilet seat or stand behind it to open or close the stall door.

Brought my daughter to play today and have a Happy Meal & shake and unfortunately the manager on duty yelled “no ice cream no shakes”. They advertise the heck out of the shakes and yet they’re notorious here & 9 mile for not being able to get the machines cleaned & provide shakes 75% of the time. The staff at both locations are very friendly though.

Totally incompetent, girl taking order had no personality and couldn’t even take an order correctly. Food window got my order wrong and then left out half of my order. No apologies at all .. poor mgt.and training with a I don’t care attitude.
