I just wanted to give kudos to one of the employees. The heavier set black lady has impeccable customer service. I watched her greet every customer in the drive thru and ask how they were doing. No matter their reaction she smiled and was polite with them. She is a star and really made my day while I waited on my coffee.

Another example of taking no pride in your work or product. Waited 15 minutes to get cold hastily thrown together breakfast burritos and coffee made the wrong way. Then another 5 minutes trying to get the right coffee. Very sad the standard of service these days.

Never in my life have I ever had to make a review on a fast food place or any kind of restaurant until now. I went and ordered my lunch from McDonald’s that I paid $25.28 for with terrible fries that weren’t even warm and I found a hair in them too, didn’t get my sauce, didn’t get a straw with my frappe, and didn’t get any lettuce on my sandwich or tomato, and the one pattie was bigger than the other two small patties. I also throw out my sandwich after I took a few bites until I gotten to the pickles.. they were slimy, didn’t taste right, and way to soft when I took it off my sandwich

Fairfield McDonald’s apparently doesn’t participate in advertised sales. I went to get an 8 dollar Big Mac “Value” Meal and it took them so long for me to get to the speaker at 4 in the afternoon and no lunch rush, that I was committed and simply paid the regular price for the order. Their service has gone down so far as to simply be nonexistent. That’s why my visits are few and far between. Not worth it.

Usually REALLY good with my order. Today’s was insulting. Terrible quality compared to what I get everyday. Either someone needs to be trained better, or genuinely just doesn’t care. Supposed to be NO EGG and paid $3 for extra (and fully cooked) bacon. Instead got 1 and a 1/3rd pieces of gross undercooked mess.

There was a fly in one of our drinks. The manager who brought the drink acted as if it was no big deal. Also, my food was not even warm. It was cold. I couldn’t finish eating it either way, after the fly incident, my appetite was gone. I will never come back!!

This is my first review of a major fast-food store. We went today specifically for the Mc rib,and got the meals. The food was fine, the sandwich was better than in past years. The place was dirty, and the staff seemed both inattentive and new.

Stopped off there last night to let my dog out for a break and decided to get something.
Big Mac, no bun, 4 patties, extra cheese, extra sauce, +2 tomatoes.
Everything was good, everyone was nice, service and food was prompt.
I love how they put the patties to one side of the tray so everything’s unbalanced when they hand it to you and you’re trying to get it set up to eat. It was just like in the TikTok vids. Awesome!!

Just left the restaurant. After using the kiosk because McDonald’s doesn’t want to pay employees to work the front counter. After an ordering and waiting in line we proceed to ask for the order is they said they never received it because we decided to pay cash instead of credit. If the machine doesn’t take cash why is that an option? Why did the order not proceed to go to the back of the kitchen and it be made and we pay at the front. Didn’t receive my order we left because we had to go back to work on lunch break. I will never again eat another McDonald’s
