I keep giving this location benefit of the doubt since the location is close to my work. But they just keep disappointing. Horrible service. Bread is stale. They charge you for condiments. When has anyone charged for ketchup? They should really shut this place down. Don’t waste your time. Go to Wendy’s across the street.

There were two other people waiting for food inside when our order was placed. We ordered two 4 poece chicken nugget kids meals and a 4 piece chicken nugget a la carte. It took 33 minutes. We finally receive the order and leave. As we’re getting on the interstate and I go to give the kids their food, I see that their fries are brownish, hard, and luke warm. After waiting for THIRTY+ MINUTES. My husband said that a part of what took so long was the number of people who were bringing their food back because it was wrong… please get it together. Would not recommend this location.

They refuse to do the table service here even when the place is empty. I came in earlier. The app said theyre bring my order to table.. The sticker on the table says order Un the app and we’ll bring it to your table. The girl yelled something random at the counter like they always do. I waved even though they already had the table number, and she said well here it is and set it on the counter and walked off. Why exactly would I want my order for table service in a bag either? If I’m obviously eating there I’d probably want a tray and not a to go bag.. I won’t be back to this one.

I went in and all I ordered was a cheeseburger and fries. I waited and waited but my food never came. I asked the manager what the wait was and she figured out that my order as given to someone else. They got my order ready again and I left. Once in the car I pulled out some of the fries and they were so greasy that I couldn’t eat them. I tried to eat the cheeseburger and it was cold, the cheese wasn’t melted, and it tasted like dirt.

There is absolutely no reason to be nasty toward someone you don’t even know. Simple things like “Thank You” and “Come back again” go a long way. This location is just rude and I’m beginning to understand why. The fatigue is real. Looking at other reviews, it’s not just me. If this is a corporate store, I’d love to step in and fix it. If it’s a franchise location, corporate needs to step in and do better.

I’m giving service here 3 stars just because the drive thru cashier helped bundle some items. But we were given the completely wrong order. When we pointed it out, we were made to wait another 15 minutes before the correct order was brought out.

Talk about the spread of Avian flu…got my order wrong multiple times sure, but the real problem was the pet bird. Someone taking their pet to work with them, a bird is so unsanitary. Please don’t eat here and get yourself sick.

so I go to the McDonald’s after playing 2k26 all night and I want a mcrib but I get to the drive thru and I ask for one and they say they don’t sell those rn like HOW ARE WE NOT GONNNNA SELL THE MCRIB I was very mad and I looked it up the MCRIB has pork like I’m not Jewish but if I was I would be mad because I wouldn’t be able to eat a mcrib but anyway so I just ask for a 20 peice nugget meal and a large sprite with NO ICE I get to the window to pay and there was a girl there idk her name but she looked like a Wendy to me and she said alot of food for some one like I was fat or smth but wtv I get the the nuggets only 19 btw but I wasn’t gonna say anything and they were cold and I get the sprite not a large a medium and there was ice I was nice wasn’t gonna say anything but the Wendy girl didn’t even say my pleasure like uhgggg I em going back to North dakota flip Pensacola FL
