I’m just going to be blunt and honest. This place sucks. Don’t go here. Every time we go here for food there is always a problem. The past 6 or 7 times my boyfriend and I came here to eat, there was a problem. We get the same thing every time. He gets a burger, I get a burger, and we both get frappes. We will receive our food 20 minutes before our drinks, and every time we finally get our frappes they are either made wrong or are very poor quality. Our most recent visit to this location was today. Per usual we get our food way before our drinks, and when we go our drinks there was barely any drizzle on it whatsoever. We normally order extra, because that is the only occasion we will receive the normal amount. I brought our drinks up to the counter and was ignored for the first 5 or more minutes I had to stand there until a worker finally came up to me to assist. I politely asked if we could get a little more drizzle put on our drinks because there barely was any. The worker’s attitude was very unprofessional. He took both drinks to the back and I stood there for another 6 or more minutes, only for him to come back with a little bit more drizzle on my boyfriend’s and what seemed like less on mine. He told me that he wasn’t allowed to put any more on because the manager told him he couldn’t. But then why would there be more on one of them? This stuff happens every time we go and we have finally had enough of it and will not be returning. The restaurant’s staff sucks and it seems like they need a new manager too. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

This place is truly terrible. Do not go here under any circumstance. It will be wrong I guarantee. It will be cold, old, or slow. I’ve visited this location at least 12 times in the last 5 months and it’s never been right. Never been good. Never been worth it.
This location states on the McDonalds app that they are open until 12 at night. I ordered on the app at 10:52pm showed up at 11:10 to find employees claiming they are closed. Then the individual cancelled my order while I was there and said “ we never got it.” The individual I spoke with started the conversation off rude and eventually just slammed the rolling door on my face. Whoever owns this place, I will be calling corporate. That employee should be fired for how they speak to customers. That employee has been rude to be 2 other times. I will never patronize this location again.
All of the other times I have gone they always get something wrong. It’s not hard. It’s not rocket science. It’s fast food. Come on McDonalds. A simple request like no onions can’t be filled consistently. I ask for separate bags for orders. Nope stuff it all in one bag until it’s over flowing and wants to rip. Cold soggy fries.

People talking very loud and laughing. Not paying any attention to customers. Large Fry half full on take out order. They did nothing. None were taken out this is what I paid over $4.00 for.

Everything was perfect except the supervisor or manager her name is Miss Laury .. Lory or whatever!! I ask one of the worker if she can fill my fries because I paid for a large fries no a medium one and she was so rude to her telling her the she’s not supposed to give me more fries !!

Can’t process a breakfast order even though we placed it before 10:30. They said because the ticket was printed at 10:31 that they already put the breakfast away and can’t make it. Really? You can be that fast to put it up? Why do I have to wait so long to receive it when it is “available”.

Got my food at 9:45 and was told I’d have to leave at 10pm for lobby cleaning. I wouldn’t have bought the food if I knew I’d be rushed out especially considering the closing time is 12pm. Any reasonable person would have just started cleaning and give me a few minutes to eat as it’s gonna take you some time to get all the way back to the last table anyway. Come on man you gotta care a little bit.

I usually don’t leave reviews but this time I had to leave one. My son ordered our food through their app and when they had it delivered by Door Dash we only received our drinks and ice cream. We received NO BURGERS and NO FRIES that we had ordered. When he called them to inform them of this he was told to take it up with Door Dash and the girl on the phone just hung up on him. He tried to call back to get this fixed and they refused to answer the phone. He had to drive there to take care of this. How is that good service.

I want to share my review of the McDonald’s located on 77th Street in Linkevin. The staff is very nice and friendly. They always process orders very quickly. I don’t know, but I like that they have a play area for kids where they can play while their parents have a snack. I would recommend this McDonald’s; I really like this one, so I would definitely recommend it. I also really like the manager. He’s very nice.
