Best inside play space for kids! Air conditioned and row of iPad s with games. Two big screen TVs playing movies and place for climbing and playing. It was great. My 3yr old grandson had a blast.

I had a great experience today with placing a large nugget order for my daughter’s end of the school year class party. I had spoken yesterday to manager, Darrell, and I arrived early today to speak with manager, Alex, who was extremely helpful. She even recommended that I use the McDonald’s app for a 20% off discount. Kudos to them both for helping me arrange this. I was very pleased with the experience and I know a whole class of soon to be 3rd graders that were delighted to have McDonald’s nuggets for lunch.

Ive just noticed a pattern and decided to leave a review. I have found that the McDonald’s workers at this branch are very much lackluster in their work. The time that are only interested in being there for a paycheck and not actually distributing good service to their customers. I remember making a mobile order once and having to wait for 30+ minutes indoors just for a two single small smoothies. We stood there for a while and despite getting the attention of two of the staff, no one attended to us, we were ignored until I started getting upset. TWO SMALL SIZED SMOOTHIESS!! Also having gone through drive through and one of the people at registers were audibly annoyed with having to take our order and being sarcastic and impatient. And just recently today. I ordered 2 banana strawberry smoothies with whip cream and a spicy crispy sandwich and this is what I got. Barely any whipped cream and the food doesn’t look presentable just smushed together the tomatoes are literally not even on top of the patty just hanging off the side and no pickles. No even making the orders probably They need to do better.

The manager I dealt with was rude. He told me since all the toppings were technically on the Big Mac that they weren’t going to remake it. There was nothing on the top level of sandwich at all.
