We just stopped here for lunch on our drive home to NC and let me tell you, this is the best McDonalds food I have had in a very long time. The fries were hot & fresh, cooked and salted to perfection! The Coke is ice cold, fizzy and bubbly like a fountain Coke should always be! My burger is also good with fresh, soft bread and no onions, just as I ordered it.

DO NOT ORDER ANY FOOD FROM THIS MCDONALDS!!! If I could give negative stars I would. DO NOT EAT HERE!! They have had their sewage leaking up through the floor for the past 3 days and they refuse to shut down till it’s fixed. This is disgusting that they don’t care enough about their customers or their employees enough to shut down till it’s fixed. I repeat DO NOT EAT AT THIS MCDONALDS!! Shutting down the lobby and keeping drive thru open when you have raw sewage coming up through the floor is nasty, disgusting and revolting!!

I placed a mobile order at McDonald’s and had a disappointing experience. When I arrived at the drive-thru, my order was not properly checked in, and I was initially handed someone else’s food.
On top of that, my caramel frappé was made incorrectly. I ordered it with no whipped cream, but it came with whipped cream anyway, and the caramel was only drizzled on top instead of being blended into the drink.
Mobile ordering is supposed to make things quicker and more accurate, but this visit was neither. I hope the team can improve attention to detail and accuracy, especially with mobile orders.

Driving cross states and ended up at this McDonalds. Food was prepared quickly. What I want to impress on is the service and attitude of the employees working tonight( Christmas Eve evening shift) they were not only courteous and prepared our food quickly, they were friendly and welcoming which is a stark difference from the McDonald’s in our town. I wish we got her name but she had brown hair in a side ponytail, I appreciate the kind words of a safe travel for my family and myself. Merry Christmas to this staff and I truly hope they are recognized for how courteous and prompt they were helping us with our order.

We have the app on all our phones, so this was a good time to go, since we all have enough points to get free stuff. They correctly made a plain chicken sandwich. A lot of times we get chicken sandwiches that aren’t planned for our picky eater and we specified that it needs to be playing just the chicken and the bun. The fries were hot and fresh of course I got a free Quarter Pounder and the people there are really good at their job and they should get raises. I would give it more stars but it’s super air conditioned inside when it doesn’t need to be.

Disappointed. I hadn’t eaten at McDonald’s in quite some time, so this visit was a letdown. This location has a very limited menu—no Homestyle Hamburger available. I ordered a Quarter Pounder with cheese, but it just wasn’t very good. On a positive note, the table cleaner was incredibly cheery and upbeat, even though she was at the end of her shift. She truly brightened the experience and deserved a hug.

This is my second time visiting this location and I was very disturbed by the lack of cleanliness and the unprofessional staff both times. The first time I thought it might just be a one-off but now I’m inclined to believe it is always like this. I went to the restroom first which should have been enough for me to forgo eating here as it was dirty and in need of attention but I was tired and decided to go ahead and order something. I stood at the register for several minutes and listened to the young employees banter back and forth (dropping the F-bomb). The supervisor had to point out that someone was standing at the register before one of the employees finally took my order. I asked for the Chicken Sandwich combo, with a large drink but a regular size fry. When I got to my car and checked the bag – no fries. There were no napkins in the lobby and the entire place was very dirty and disorganized. In my opinion they had plenty of workers on hand so I’m not sure why it wasn’t cleaner. Another customer also commented on the lack of cleanliness. Needless to say I won’t be back to this particular location.

What is happening here, imo, is top down initiation of hell on earth. One can not expect resilience from young workers who are not being lead, but in all likelihood being demeaned and left to sink or swim with out training and leadership. This is a sign of rot from the top down. What in the heck is with the owner allowing these conditions to persist?! The facility is unsanitary. I witnessed employees in utter confusion and just relying on each other to i guess figure out on their own how to operate. On a Saturday night there was no evidence of any kind of person in charge.
Like the experiences of many others here, I walked up to the counter and was ignored for a significant amount of time. Im pretty patient ngl and I was feeling something, so I just used the machine eventually. When several minutes later, someone finally came to the counter, I explained that I ordered on the machine, a decaf coffee, and they said, oh! Thats what that was, like they had no clue how their system even worked. Strange. While I waited still even longer two other employees wandered over to me and apologetically tried to take my order, so I had to tell the machine, and three people that I just wanted a cup of coffee! So I guess once they wanted to give me the time of day it was realized they had make a pot. So it took a long time. Long enough for me to observe and contemplate the issue here, which has to be poor management stemming from callous ownership. There is nothing here to give hope of correcting the situation. I would close this location so no more employees or customers need to suffer, in addition to the reputation of MD’s. Where one can normally get a cup of decent decaf in just a few minutes and be on their way. So sorry to those who work here, and to anyone who unwittingly comes here and may risk their health thinking of just getting a convenient bit to eat. I wouldn’t even trust the soda. I wouldn’t trust a darn thing in here not to be filthy.

No clean towels available. Lobby personnel didn’t even know they had clean towels – first module in training. So needless to say lobby is NEVER clean…multiple visits. Shift manager clueless and cussing about customers banging on third drive thru window. Very poorly managed and terrible customer service. Recommend skipping this location due to cleanliness and total lack of training – haven’t seen a double folded bag in YEARS at this point and customer service is non-existent. No greetings, no thank you, no smile. Its all gone folks
