June 10th I ordered on the app and chose counter pick-up and while I was waiting it said my order was canceled. IDK why. I reordered everything and was charged for both orders except the 2nd time I could not use a coupon so I had to pay more. Since then I have called McDonald’s customer service 3x and the restaurant twice, been told my refund is being processed (I haven’t received it) and that the manager of the location would contact me (no one has.) This is very poor customer service. Maybe review will help but I doubt it.

With the time it was, i understood it was going to be busy. I never really expect much honestly. I waited 45 mins at curbside waiting for my order ( 2 cheeseburgers and 1 filet) and after sitting there for 45 mins i went to the drive thru to ask if i could receive my order that way instead to possibly make it easier on both of us. The lady at the register said i had to come inside ( Protocol, i get it) but then with an attitude said “Or you can just wait in the curbside area like you were” and when i asked “Will i at least get it soon” she replied “I would hope.” and apparently thought it was funny because she was laughing over the microphone. Im an understanding person, but hiring sorry employees is unnecessary. Nobody told you to work there, don’t ruin my day because you work in a high-paced business that’s open on late hours. $15 dollars later, i left with no food and just a ruined night all over somebody’s attitude. Good job

Very busy location. Just like every other McDonald’s they promote their shakes and ice cream but the machine is always broken. But the staff was friendly and worked quickly and efficiently.

Drive-thru order. Was charged too much for food, but staff wouldn’t fix it and didn’t offer to give me anything for the $5 over they charged me. I asked for strawberry jam for 3 biscuits, they gave me two grape jam packets. Then to make things worse, I had to cook the food myself when I got home. I will NEVER go here again. Terrible staff!!
