Slowest service ever! That is because They were very busy and no one had ownership of the taking orders. The front person was doing great and was overworked. She was trying to handle everything in the front, fulfilling orders, specialty drinks, ice creams, and she honestly did not have time to handle new orders. There should be two or three people trained to do the cash register so this won’t happen. Those in the back were waiting for the orders so they could make them but apparently they were not cross trained because no one came to the front where it was a mad house. People were unhappy about how long it was taking to receive their orders and others were unhappy because no one was taking their orders. One person was trying to do it all. I believe there was somebody for the drive-up window but I didn’t see that person. Kudos to the one woman. Cross training is essential here. Great location.

Sidel was the name on my receipt. She was very rude and needs to be around the back. After asking 3 times if my is food will be cooked to order like I asked while she was taking my order, she ignored my question all 3 times.i really wasn’t sure If she heard me at the intercom so that was my reason for asking when I went to pay .

Today I went to McDonald’s with my child to order food with a Monopoly sticker.
I selected a Monopoly food from the vending machine and paid $11.02.
When my food arrived, the Monopoly sticker was missing. I didn’t touch it and asked for a refund because I didn’t want food without a sticker.
The manager started yelling at me and refused to give me a refund.
I called the police, and only then did they give me my money back.
McDonald’s management banned me from going to McDonald’s because I asked for a refund.
There was no warning on the vending machine about the missing Monopoly.

Disgusting restaurant, wanted to share experience and all you see here is other horrible reviews. Went there last week and served my fam roach legs on fries, disgusted we obviously stopped eating immediately and asked for refund, a manager there named Monique refused and offered more bug fries, absolutely horrid. I’m local and usually avoid this place like a plague because of how poorly it runs and the homeless loitering that takes place in it 24.7, want to sit outside ? Forget it, it’s covered with people sleeping everywhere. For a location that serves millions of people one would think McDonalds would care more.

This McDonalds in Panama City Beach, Florida was a five-minute walk from my hotel and ten minutes from the beautiful white powder sand beach.

We ordered double hamburgers and waters, plus a large coffee. The service was very fast and I paid by debit card. The woman behind the counter provided excellent and courteous service.

I recommend this place as it is well-run, clean and air-conditioned.

MOLD! Never again McDonald’s PCB. MOLD!
MOLD in our three large iced teas!!! My youngest had already consumed half before we realized something was off! You can clearly see the disgusting mold that settled in the bottom of our cups. Clean your tea container valves and your ice machine because you WILL get someone extremely sick like this! The Health Department needs to definitely check out this location because this is unacceptable and a health hazard for anyone consuming drinks at this McDonald’s location. MOLD!!

Every time I have come into this place, there are at least 2 homeless people sitting right by the bathrooms.
Which, as you can tell is uncomfortable because they try to solicit when you walk in or out. And the smell is what you can imagine. I get it, they need somewhere to go but not here. It’s been like this since I’ve moved here 4 years ago.
And then when you enter the restrooms something is always broken or it’s always dirty.
But that’s not why I’m leaving this review.
I walked into the bathroom and there was literally a man and a woman in the large stall yelling at each other. Women’s restroom. This place is a disaster. The only thing they have going if that they can serve somewhat fast.
I’ve had enough of this place and probably won’t be back.

I’m not sure when the standard slipped so dramatically, but my recent visits to McDonald’s have been consistently disappointing, to say the least. It’s gone beyond just an “off day”; it feels like a systemic issue where quality and customer care have been completely forgotten.
The food, frankly, is often a gamble. More often than not, what’s handed out the window is a bag of lukewarm fries and a burger that feels like it’s been sitting for ages. It’s one thing to be fast food, but it shouldn’t mean sacrificing basic quality to the point where the food is just plain cold. And the drinks? It’s like they’re rationing the syrup, leaving you with a cup of watered-down, bubbly disappointment.
But what makes the experience truly frustrating is the customer service, or rather, the complete lack of it. Look, I understand that food service can be a tough, thankless job. We all have bad days. But the vibe I get now is pure indifference, bordering on hostility. It feels like you’re an inconvenience just for being there.
There’s no “thank you,” no smile, just a bag shoved in your direction before the window slams shut. It’s this transactional, almost aggressive interaction that leaves a bad taste in your mouth, more so than the cold food. There’s just no love for the product anymore, and definitely no love for the customer. You can feel it, and it really shows. It’s a shame, because it wasn’t always this way.

Men’s room was a total mess –trash all over on the floor, around the toilet, around the sink, cigarette butt on the dirty baby changing station, unbelievable. Dining area was much better, though, if that’s any consolation.

Even though it wasn’t busy, the drive-thru wait was extremely long. One employee was clearly overwhelmed trying to do everything alone while the rest of the staff were not helping and appeared distracted (dancing) Better teamwork and management are needed
