NEVER EVER EVER!!!!! Waste your money or your time eating at this place the owners wasted their money building this location just to hire a bunch of people who can’t walk and chew gum at the same time I stopped only because it was on my way home from work and didn’t feel like going out of my way after working 12 hours at 10:30 at night I ordered a plain double cheeseburger a sweet tea and a chicken sandwich hoping one of them would be edible but I got 2 patties no cheese and a ton of onions they were small and burnt and cold and the chicken looked like it came from Chernobyl with more mayonnaise than chicken I couldn’t eat any of it and the “sweet tea” was unsweetened wasted 25$ for now until I talk to corporate don’t let this happen to you

I was craving a filet-o-fish, so I thought I’d swing by on my way home. No modifications, just made regular. I knew it’d be lukewarm by the time I got home since I live about 20 minutes away. I opened the box and don’t really see any tartar sauce, which I didn’t think there would be a lot anyway. Lifted up the bun to find a dot, literally, of tartar sauce on the sandwich. I know I probably should have checked before I left, but seriously? That’s lighter than a light amount of sauce, should even be an issue. The fact you want to charge for extra is crazy if this is the amount given.

I’m not usually one to leave negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience at this location. They missed a few things that could have been easily corrected.
First, the ice coffee was way too dark compared to the usual shade at other locations. I had to drive up the road just to find out that they had also given me the smaller biscuit and gravy platter instead of the two-biscuit platter that I had ordered.
I was so disappointed with my order that I decided to leave a review. The only reason I didn’t give them one star is because they were at least friendly. However, I didn’t return to this location because i wasn’t willing to go through the hassle of correcting my mistake again. Food was warm and fresh though. Also they didn’t include napkins or a fork in my bag. How did they expect me to eat biscuit and gravy?

Horrible experience both times I’ve eaten here since they opened. I experienced egg shells in my mc muffinduring my first visit. During my second visit today my mc muffins were burnt to a crisp around the edges of the bread and the sandwich looks like I went through a John Wick movie. I think I’d rather eat the cardboard from my Amazon box instead. Final verdict: I’d leave zero stars if allowed…this location is a crime against humanity. The other 1-star reviews are truthful.

Everytime I have come here nobody had their crap together. Got a happy meal for my son and they gave me the wrong burger and my son was missing his apple slices. I’ve also noticed that alot of people’s orders that were in drive throu get messed up where they have to come back in. The management here sucks too, they do NOT train you, they assume you know everything as soon as you walk in the door. They really need to step up their game if they’re wanting to be better

Honestly thought this being brand new it would be decent.
How does one mess up a hamburger and fries? Big Mac had far too much sauce. It was gross. The fries weren’t cooked. Not just cold, but seriously not cooked.
We don’t eat a lot of fast food. These days it’s not worth the money for medicore food. Big mistake going here. We’ll won’t be back.

waited 45 mins for a MINI mcflurry , ice cream machine wasn’t down they were just very slow and VERY behind. People came in before me and still didn’t have food when i left . I overheard a lady say she waited 50 mins for 6 nuggets .. insane. I asked a worker about my mcflurry after waiting 20 mins and she didn’t show back up . Asked another after waiting another 20 mins got it in 2 mins so thank you to her! Was expecting more because it was a new establishment but.. i guess in time we will see improvements.

Came through the drive through, asked for lite sauce on my sandwich. The lady on the put lite mayo lite ketchup lite mustard. I tried telling her it’s wrong got told to pull forward. Pulled forward, explained to the next lady what teller did wrong, she said she fixed it and printed me a receipt showing such. Surprise food is wrong and their phone system doesn’t work. File complaint with Costa McDonalds online support system and still no reply. This organization doesn’t care about taking care of anything just image. Let’s see if this review does anything…

Hash brown, soggy disgusting over salted. I don’t know who taught people how to salt french fries or hashbrowns but that’s not it. You don’t have to use a pound of salt to season a hash brown.
The biscuit wasn’t so bad, but I’m very upset that they didn’t know how to cook a hash brown or knew how to read to put the correct soda in the cup. It’s common sense a lot of people that work there lack there of.
