I ordered a mango pineapple smoothie with my meal for a $1.40 upcharge. The employee handed me a pinkish smoothie, and when I asked her if it was mango, she just said she couldn’t accept it back and offered to exchange it. She sounded frustrated and asked us to pull forward for the rest of our food, as if it was my fault.
Then, a male, who wasn’t in uniform and had no name tag, delivered our smoothie without the rest of our meal. He was very nice, but it seemed like he didn’t work there or have a clue what he was doing, as he had to go back inside for the rest of our meal as we had to ask where it was.
When I lifted the smoothie to put the straw in, there were clearly black hairs in it. My stomach has completely turned, and I’m disgusted. I have children who were supposed to consume this, and I’ll never return to this McDonald’s. Please beware of the disgruntled employees at this establishment.

food was not edible. so overcooked it was disgusting. employees were rude, and it seemed comical to manager about the complaint of my burnt chicken. absolutely no pride in their work, food, appearance or store.

This is the third time we have gotten an Uber Eats delivery where our full order was not delivered. This clearly isn’t the fault of Uber Eats as we have had different drivers each time. While we have received refunds from Uber Eats, it is extremely inconvenient and disappointing when whole food orders do not make it, especially when children’s Happy Meals are missing and we then have to turn around and find alternative meal options for our family which takes out the whole point of getting fast food delivered to begin with.

We stopped here for breakfast on 10/19/25 while traveling up US 19N. There was one male standing at the counter staring at the cash register screen and ignored us. We went to the quiosque and placed our order – No receipt – No order number so we had to guess which one was ours on the screen. While waiting, an elderly couple tried in vain to get someone’s attention because their order did not include their drinks. Finally, they caught someone’s attention and he just grabbed the receipt of of their order and walked away with it. While still endlessly waiting for our order, a tour bus showed up with a load of senior citizens. They stood a the counter and pleaded for the guy at the register to take their orders. He did not even look up. Some woman behind the counter kept walking around staring at her cell phone, also ignoring them. We finally got our order, which was cold and lousy.
This is the WORST McDonald’s that I have EVER been in and one of the WORST establishments of any kind that I have EVER been in. There are other places nearby; save yourself the AGONY!

Went to the drive thru placed my order
Asked the young lady for ketchup she said I will put it in the bag,got my order no ketchup asked again she said you have to come inside.whats the point of drive thru so I went inside and got my money back. No customer service they just don’t care and I live here in Perry Florida.

I waited forever in the drive through so I went inside. The line didn’t move and of the 4 groups waiting for their food one, one was from the drive through because the food he was given was “old”. I left and drove 50 miles and stopped at another McD’s, where I met a lady who actually knew the Perry location as legendarily bad; “My whole family avoids it, it’s the worst one in the whole chain”. I agreed. Don’t let the nice facility fool you.

It was like one big party in there all of the staff. Even the manager were all cutting up and laughing with other people in the lobby that were all standing around the counter entryway blocking the bathroom area using foul language and inappropriate discussions for work time.
