Petty / miserable manager for what..? Approx 5:15 PM I went through the drive thru using the mobile app, got the order and drive home and then I realized we were missing our two 6 count nuggets but got our fries.. so I had to drive back immediately and went inside. this all occurred within 30 minutes.. I asked if they could replace one out of the two fries since mine had gotten cold since I had to drive all the way back since they messed up the order to begin with. The guy was nice but when he asked the manager she asked if we had the fries, when I said no she turned away while saying she’s not replacing them.. I asked the guy if I went back out and got them since they were untouched and I also have the receipt if she could replace them and she still refused and she also refused to talk to me directly..? As if the fries came out her paycheck personally..? If I can bring in the fries with the receipt, just scoop it in the box it’s not that hard to have customer service especially when it was a mistake on their end.. and here’s a pic of the FULL cold fries I won’t be touching since I’m sure the manager thought I was trying to steal ONE remade fry from them

10/6/25 once again, very disappointed use the app to do curbside pick up and wait a 35 minutes and finally had to go inside to find my food behind a wall. I used to work at McDonald’s. It’s not that hard to look at a screen that literally tells you where the order goes whether it’s inside or outside the Manager did have my drink remade. The fries were half ass filled but honestly, I want a full damn refund because I only get an hour break and I sat in that parking lot for 35 minutes thinking that at some point someone was gonna walk out of my food but car after car after car no one came out. I understand it’s a bit busy time of the year with monopoly finally coming out again but seriously people get some common sense. If no one comes up to the counter, when you call out the food, maybe you should check the order and see if it’s even inside or if it’s curbside pick up

Very disappointed! I ordered an ICE CARMEL LATTE with an Extra shot of Espresso! The lady hands me a hot coffee and I told her sorry it’s suppose to be an ice latte with extra espresso, she said oh that’s not what the screen said. She takes the hot coffee dumps it in a cup with 3 pieces of ice that’s already melted! It’s not a latte it’s not Carmel and there is no espresso! I worked a double shift last night and running in 3 hours of sleep. This ruined my day! This is regular coffee. Not what I ordered.

If I could give negative stars I definitely would. We waited for over 45 minutes for an order for 10 piece nugget meal. When asked for a refund because after 50 minutes we still had not received our order and several others after us including the employee who had taken order had received their food, the manager on duty refused and was very rude. After I demanded a refund and refused to wait another minute, she came to refund the money but never apologized or offered to reconcile the issue. The customer service was absolutely atrocious. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION!

They have no common sense. If the rules are the same, they all should be able to tell a customer. Don’t have customers waiting in line for something, knowing they need to dine inside. After you were already slow like it was a rush, and it was only 4–5 people in line. Learn how to run a business, because that’s not it at all!

I feel like when you order anything from this McDonald’s with any sort of special request they take it as a challenge to do the exact opposite. I ordered 2 sausage McGriddles with “NO FOLDED EGG” and what did I receive? 2 FOLDED EGG AND CHEESE MCGRIDDLES. They just completely got rid of the sausage and left the rest.

Take your chances with this McDonald’s if you enjoy a million dollar company stealing your money for fun.

SO WHILE IN THE DRIVE THROUGH I DOWNLOADED THE APP and placed it through there. Then said my code. Crazy. Couldnt take a order through the speaker. Food then took about 25 minutes as i watched 5-10 cars pull up to speaker and get told mobile only order then leave

Very poor service after setting at the drive through for over 5 minutes with nobody saying anything. I finally got to place my order after placing my order and waiting at the drive through window for another 5 minutes. I finally get my food and drink, which is wrong? After saying something, they try to fix it. But it is wrong again and they are too worried about cutting up and playing games and listening to music on their phones than to take care of customers. I do not recommend going there. I know I won’t be back.

Ordered my food to be delivered to my work through the app. Get my food ready to eat open the bag first thing is I didn’t know sprite now looks like coke. My Deluxe Chicken sandwich looked like they were putting together like they were shooting free throws the chicken itself looked and tasted like it was fried in a month old grease. Didn’t get the sauces I asked for. This location is one of the worst in Jacksonville

Awful McDonald’s. They gave me a barely half full large fry after having the audacity to charge me $4 for it?!?? I asked for some more fries and was given an attitude about getting more. They made me give them the bag they gave me back and handed me a different bag. The next set of fries they gave me had a few more in it, but still not full! They gave me the “crumbs”, hardly any real fries.
Terrible experience the handful of times I’ve been to this location. The fact that a large tea and a large fry is almost $7 now is insane.
