All of this is one star and the real Reason I went to the drive-through order four items in the Mcvalue menu and I told them loud and clear for small fries six piece chicken nuggets with barbecue sauce, spicy McChicken and a double cheeseburger with no onions. This woman in the drive-through messed up my order instead of a burger with no onions. She added no mustard. I didn’t say that and then when I told them in the drive-through that I ordered for they told me to wait and what I got was a fries a double cheeseburger with no onions and a spicy McChicken and I got my barbecue sauce, but with no six nuggets absolutely ridiculous those employees in the drive-through with their microphones in their heads Need to clean up their ears and literally do better of listening to the customers of their orders and if not, I hope they get fired. Goodness man never go there again ♂️

This location’s low rating reflects ongoing customer service issues. After reporting missing items from my order, the manager on duty was dismissive and did not offer any resolution. She stated that Google reviews were not a concern because the restaurant receives positive feedback through McDonald’s corporate channels. The staff showed little concern for order accuracy and responded defensively when the issue was brought to their attention. Overall, this was an unprofessional and disappointing experience.

The food was ok but I had sent a friend in to pick my food up. I was not given a receipt and called the store to ask if they had my receipt because I had missing food. A very oblivious woman answered the phone and I explained I was missing food and would like to know if it has been paid for or not. Clueless to her job, the woman said she did not know what was going on then promptly hung up. I honestly don’t expect anything great when going to McDonald’s but this is really lowering the bar.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Takes absolutely too long to receive order. waited over 10 minutes for a single drink and not one employee thought up even check or even COME OUT to the lobby.. only probably 2 orders came out in that time and never even asked what I was waiting on. Over 10 minutes for a drink is beyond insane. Go 2 minutes up the road to the other mcdonalds, not this one.

Its a McDonald’s so i didn’t expect much… BUT after sitting in the line for at least 20 minutes i hoped i would get edible food. BUT nope. The frys im not even sure were cooked at all or just left out to thaw… same for the nuggets. I basically paid 10.74 for a large sweet tea. Needless to say im mad but i got what i expected… oh and check yalls sauce packages because not only did mine have holes in it one was open with hair in it..

worst McDonald’s I’ve ever seen in my life. My wife just waited for over 15 minutes just to get them to answer at the menu box then another 15 minutes just to get her food after waiting in line a good 10 minutes just to get to the menu box.

I would imagine the food cost is doing pretty good at this location. Consider considering they are always missing half my order!!! It’s so disappointing to wait so long to have a McDonald’s on our side of town… just a waste your money every time you go there.
