This location is terrible! If there is a line in the drive thru, go somewhere else! I waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru for my order and when I finally received it, I was given the wrong size fry, a medium instead of the large I had ordered, and I did not even receive the two chocolate chip cookies I had ordered! The nuggets were ok, fries were a bit cold and stale, but at least the sprite was good. Save yourself the headache and go to a different location or somewhere else entirely, because this location is a hot mess!

Service usually pretty good and fast. But tonight half of my order was incorrect and when I called no answer amd they wasnt even busy. When I called again someone picked up the phone and didn’t say anything, called back repeatedly again-get busy signal. Food including fast food is too expensive for this foolishness. This McDonald’s disappointed me tonight.

I ordered a large iced vanilla coffee. It tastes and looks like pure sugar and vanilla syrup. It’s nasty. They forgot to add the coffee to it. What do yall think of this? The “coffee” looks white I could use this as my creamer for my coffee at home. Won’t be coming back to this location.

The line took very very long, not just because there were a lot of people, but the line just wasn’t going anywhere. I ask the driver thru attendant to check what zootopia toy they have and they ask the manager. The manager says they can’t look because the store is too busy. You’re busy with me, a customer. Rudest response to a simple request. It’s not rocket science, it’s really not hard at all to look at a toy. I get to the window after using my free happy meal coupon and I still had 11 cents. When asking what the 11 cents was for, the girl said “for the happy meal, I don’t know.” If you don’t know something, go ask a leader. She kept trying to say I don’t know why we’re charging you. Just poorly ran location and rude response from a manager who hates customer service. I will my hardest to never go to this one again because it was such an awful experience.

Great customer service, this is probably the first time in a long time that I’ve been to any McDonald’s and the business service be rocking! They are awesome, very kind and pleasant, made my night. The good was great too, especially the chicken ranch wrap! Keep up the good work guys, you all make a difference even though you don’t know it.

Im so disappointed with this McDonald’s. I honestly don’t think they can read or maybe ATTENTION DEFFICITS their issue. How hard is it to put chicken nugget sauce in a bag and send with an order. I ordered chicken nuggets, two strawberries and cream pies,ranch and buffalo sauce. My sauce and pies were miss! I totally would have understood if the items were unavailable but they printed missing items ordered on receipt!! I tried to give them a second chance and reorder pies and sauce spent 14 dollars!! Pies in bag, no SAUCE! I’ve never had an issue like this with McDonald’s. I will definitely be contacting manager today

The restaurant has undergone a remodel which makes it feel more comfortable than the past. Everything is clean and kiosk actually work. The location attracts a lot of homeless or those begging for money and food so be prepared. The food was the usual McDonald’s but the prices are a bit high for the amount received. Service for inside customers is a bit slow because they turn out most business through their drive through and that seems to be the priority. Otherwise the location is a good place for a fast access, order, and egress.

I was late for work, waiting on my food just to get cold fries & a mcdouble when I ordered the mcchicken meal deal. Before i pulled up to a space to wait for my food, I was given a small coke & had to tell the girl that I ordered a large sprite. It’s to many kids playing at this location. I haven’t eaten all day & I don’t eat beef at all. I call the store & didn’t get an answer, I won’t be returning back

I have ordered from this store through DoorDash and the service (missing items, wrong items, cold and old food) is terrible. My order this morning was missing the Big Breakfast, the sausage and egg biscuit was missing the egg and the iced Carmel coffee was a sweet tea. If I could change the store I would. Again the service is terrible!!
