Soooo I’m not sure if I ordered a burger with mayo and ketchup or ketchup and mayo add burger…nobody was personable except for one lady in the back (Nicole). When we first came in it was about 11:45a and they were scrubbing the floors with bleach. Not a bad thing but it made me a little queasy and I couldn’t understand why they would do that when it’s lunch time. Seems like something night shift should’ve done. The Spanish lady was a little rude about it when I asked her if she was coming to where we were sitting but maybe she just has that type of personality. Overall I’d come back…I’ll just have to ask for light ketchup/mayo but I ordered on the app and they only give ‘normal, no and extra’ options. No option for lite so it wasn’t their fault.

Absolutely unacceptable service. Placed a mobile order and have waited literally 1 hour in the drive thru (only 4 cars ahead of us) before I abandoned the order. Over 30 minutes passed with one car ahead of us. McDonald’s absolutely needs to close this location. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Comes a little bit this one’s a little bit harder to judge because there are bunch of good people up there that are nice and everything else but you can go in there at times and you know be trying to cool off it’s hot this summer and that they are like trying to hurry you up out of the store. Stay away!! Service terrible waiting 40 minutes for 2 burgers. There were only 4 cars in front of me the whole time. Only reason I stayed was because I placed the order online and they don’t allow you to cancel your order. Doors were locked despite it being 10pm. Homeless people siting at ever entrance.

Go to this Mcdonalds at your own risk. Its 25% more expensive than the other locations. Told the young Asian girl at the pick up window about the price and she had a bad attitude. Cold food, over priced and service with a bad attitude, what a shame.

Ok, first of all I personally am not a big fan of McDonald’s! The day I stopped by my wife went with me to work after an assessment. She wanted to eat there while we were on the road. I feel like Ray Crock would be appalled by the quality of the food if he was still living. However what we ordered was not so bad. We went in for breakfast and we got greeted pretty quickly. I received top notch service my whole visit which is saying alot! Ruth the manger greeted me and handled my order all the way through. I was extremely pleased with my experience! Her customer service was top notch and it was worth writing about. I will definitely come back “for breakfast” at this location.

All workers were outside and wouldn’t take my order so I ordered on mobile app and they didn’t when wanna do that! Lazy and needs a whole new crew, this was worse than the mcdonalds by my actual house! Pathetic and very very unlikely that I would EVER return to this McD’s!
