Crispy-cooked bacon, delicate fluffy eggs smothered in warm melted cheese, and a breakfast sauce topping stuffed between two pieces of a toasted bagel. What I have just described to you is a golden staple in American Breakfast Cuisine – The Classic Bacon Egg and Cheese.

As you can see from my receipt, this is what I had come to order on such an unknowingly awful Saturday morning at 949am. That, alongside another breakfast sandwich for my fiance and some hash browns too. Upon arriving at the delivery window, I quickly received a bag with just two sandwiches in it – no hash browns. When I mentioned it to the window teller, they promptly grabbed the bag from my hands and rummaged through it before needing to talk with others in a state of confusion. I guess that the professionalism of a multi-million dollar company doesn’t keep in mind that this may cause confusion for other customers behind me as they now believe that I might have received somebody else’s food. How hard would it have been to leave the original bag with me and simply fill another bag with the missing hash browns? I don’t think that what I am describing requires much common sense or hands-on training, this is just simple human courtesy. Nobody wants their food touched by other customers.

However, the storm is only brewing. Once I arrived home to finally eat my treacherously delivered breakfast, I opened my sandwich bag to be given a disgrace in the name of Bacon, Egg, and Cheese’s! This UFO Area 51 project had a half cooked slab of sausage with what I can only assume is botched caramelized onions. What a sad disappointment, almost enough to make a grown man cry. This location has butchered my love for breakfast foods for the last time!

From the incorrectly prepared items to the sugarless sweet tea, moldy buns (as seen in other reviews), unprofessional staff, long wait times, store phone never working (as it will not even ring), and all the other terrible experiences provided on google – this specific franchise location needs a thorough BBB and Health Department evaluation. I recommend driving up the street to their sister store located on University Blvd, approximately 5 minutes away.

Went through the drive-through at McDonald’s at 5:20 AM, February 13 and waited several minutes with two people telling me wait a minute. After literally five minutes, I drove away. There were other people at the window, so I know they had taken previous orders. Very frustrating. This was generally a good McDonald’s but yesterday I went there and asked for two sausage breakfast burritos and was rung up for and given Two sausage McMuffins instead and didn’t notice till I drove away. This McDonald’s is gone downhill. It used to be on the mark with friendly people, but now things are not very good there. I had recently started to become a regular customer of McDonald’s again after many years of avoiding it. I am very turned off by these past experiences. Went to Wawa down the street and got a breakfast instead which turned out to be a very good morning meal. Sorry McDonald’s, I gave you a chance to get my regular business. But if I were to go there in the future, I wouldn’t know what to expect now.

The speaker to the first window to the 2nd window. 5 people asked “are you doing a mobile order?” I said yes, then I gave the number and name. Each time they looked confused. Ultimately my order was given to me. Not too bad of a wait time. No one was rude or anything. It just seems like the don’t know how mobile orders work or could possibly revisit the process. Mobile order is supposed to make the process faster but it didn’t.

Moldy bun. They replaced it but after a ten minutes wait to get it and a ten minutes wait to replace it you would assume they would refund my money for the inconvenience. Nope, not even a call to corporate would cooperate. I lost time off the job. Some nasty guy in there hitting on the girls and using ultra foul language. I overheard an undercover McDonald’s employee lecturing them on bad service in the past. This McDonald’s needs a major management overhaul.

The window person was amazing!!! This review has nothing to do with other than the fact that they dont care or listen. I asked for extra extra pickles. Now this is a common occurrence. Apparently Mc Donald’s has a pickle issue. I got 2 pickles on my burger. That’s not even close to extra. Let alone extra extra. There is no care or pride in service nor execution. When yall make more an hour than I do and cant fill a very simple request? Questions arise. Not a fan.

so I placed My order with a young gentleman thru the drive thru and paid at the first window by the time I got to the second window they gave away my order and tried to get me to accept something of less value
when I said no thanks I was told to pull out of line to wait for my order and when I refused the manager who was a woman of color became very hostile towards me and slammed the window shut. when I got my food someone had spit on my quarter pounder I tried calling the phone number on the window but was told to call back another day
this is the worst McDonald’s I have ever eaten at
you guys need to at least have good customer service because your food quality has gone down the drain to put it mildly

Do not waste your time going here. Set for 30 mins at the drive thru to never get my order taken. Pulled up to the window and was told she has to wait for approval from her manager before she can take my order. Refused to take my order at the window even though we already waited so long.

It depends who is working if the manager is there with black hair and the teal in it the food and the service is trash if it’s the other manager lady the food is amazing and so is the service the other girl can careless nothing is ever ready when she is there no apple pies no 2 for 6 breakfast sandwiches bc they don’t know the button you gota push and she gets mad everytime they have to call her over to do it then today I ordered a ice coffee no flavor just sugar and cream I asked for extra sugar packets and the lady said ok well I get to the window and she said it’s almost 16 dollars I get the same thing everyday and today it’s almost 16 tho I looked they charged me 4$ for sugar then I tell them I’m not paying 4$ for coffee when it was suppose to be a 99 cent coffee not 4,99 for it she looks at me like I’m wasting her time bc she had to give me my 4$ back when the other manager is there sugar is free tho the sandwiches are 2for 6 and they have everything ready it’s night and day difference I’ve been coming here daily for a month.
