The place needs some TLC and someone in charge to keep the tables, the windows and doors cleaned at all times. When you compare it to Chick-fil-A there is no reason/excuse to have the most emblematic fast food chain managed that poorly! The food is good and the service also.

Would give 5 stars because the service is great and so are workers!! But there is an older black lady who is a manager her name started with a B and she is so extremely rude to customers and all you can hear is her cussing at her employees. I come here a lot and i genuinely feel bad for the workers because all I hear everytime I come to get food and she is there is her cursing and yelling!! All the other managers are super friendly. She makes the atmosphere uncomfortable and awful.

Big mac hamburger was dry, old, way way too much special sauce oozing out, sloppy sandwich. I stopped going to McDonalds years ago, got a really good big mac back in January of 2026 at a different Mcds. This last experience puts me off again.

Hi, today I bought a wonderful Christmas Happy Meal at McDonald’s.
But my experience was spoiled because the drinks (Coke) were made with unfiltered tap water. There was a very strong chlorine smell – it was impossible to drink. It tasted like the water came straight from a swimming pool.
I had to eat my meal without anything to drink.

I got a chicken crispy sandwich meal and the chicken was not edible. It tasted like plastic I had to throw it out after 2 bites. Fries were good though.

Disappointing and repetitive experience
Every time I make the mistake of visiting this McDonald’s (5190 State Rte 100, Palm Coast, FL), I end up facing the same issue: the orders are never right. No matter how simple the request is or how clearly I state my preferences, something always goes wrong.
This time, I ordered a combo with chicken nuggets, but to my surprise, I received an extra burger instead. That means not only did they mess up my order once again, but someone else probably didn’t get the meal they paid for. I only realized the mistake when I got home, and honestly, I didn’t even bother going back to complain — it’s just not worth it anymore.
It’s frustrating to see such a lack of attention and care for something as basic as checking an order before handing it to the customer. I’m glad there’s now a Chick-fil-A nearby, where the service and accuracy are on a completely different level.
From now on, I’ll no longer buy anything from this McDonald’s in Palm Coast. I’ve given this location more than enough chances, and unfortunately, the experience remains disappointing every single time.

I spent quite a bit of money at this McDonald’s on State road 100. I never ever ask for condiments, I never complain when my foods wrong or not good. Today I ordered something off the menu, I thought syrup would be nice to go with it. I asked for one syrup. Just one syrup, they looked at me like I had five heads and refused to give me syrup because didn’t already pay for it earlier in the line. Ridiculous a multi-billion dollar company refuses to give an everyday customer 1 syrup. The greed is astonishing shame on you McDonald’s.

When I first moved to Palm Coast this location had its ups and downs, but was decent. The last few years it’s gone downhill. Cold, soggy hashbrowns that seem partially cooked, forgetting items I paid for, as usual. I was going to drive back after spending almost $30, but honestly I dont even want it replaced. I just threw most of it in the trash. I’m done.
The quality at this location is that bad these days. I hope other options open up in the area soon. Mcdonalds has gone to hell these days while their prices have soared.
