I have been going to this McDonald’s. I feel like most employees are always in a very pleasure friendly and full of customer service mood. I enjoy coming because of the friendly greeting and willing to satisfy feeling I get from them. Today I had a great experience that brightened my mood from Amanda and Latrelle. They were so friendly and fun through the drive through. You need more people like them in fast food. Now I’m in a good mood. The food was very good too and fresh!

Stopped of 95 going north looking for a Cracker Barrel but they closed at 9:00pm so went to the McDonald’s, well now I remember why I stopped going there. First the place and people were fantastic so I 5 ⭐ them, but that’s not what you are there for, the food. I ordered the fish sandwich meal, bland and tasteless worthy of 2 ⭐, the supposedly fantastic were cool and tastless also 1 ⭐. Bill ordered the double burger, dry and ended up only eating one and really didn’t enjoy it at all so 1 ⭐. Maybe it’s just us but it does seem like no one does any taste testing anymore. Oh, tried to order a salad, they no longer offer them. For us we are again done and will look for another company for a quick bite.

I had fostered a very shy little Chihuahua cross who went to a new home in Palm Coast. He promptly ran away and I came back from Gainesville to look for him for five nights and 6 days in the bitter cold. I went to McDonald’s frequently for take out orders.
Right away Tasha could tell that I was exhausted from living out of the car while I searched for the little dog constantly, around the clock. She immediately remembered what food I would want to get, and that I would want a cup for water. She is very smart and attentive.
Tasha is a deeply caring, kind-hearted and thoughtful person….. she was always so cheerful and concerned for the welfare of poor little Benny. She celebrated with me when Benny was safely back in my arms. What a lovely person and great employee!

I work as a DD driver and I pick up orders here daily. Every time I go in, I see the nicest people working, but today, after I finished my deliveries I decided to get some for me and my spouse. Just have to say that I will not buy here for us ever again. The guy at the drive thru rushed me through my order and I could hardly see the order on the screen. I asked for 2 combos: cheeseburger and 10 piece nugget with well done fries for both with a pink lemonade and a coke. The first thing was that they did not had pink lemonade and I got a regular, which by the way, it tasted watered down. Second, when I got home, I got 9 instead of 10 nuggets. Third… the otherbguy ar the pick up window said the fries in a separate bag were the well done ones…I got under cooked, luke warm, pale fries when I checked at home. I told the guy at the windows that the should’ve been both and he gave me a blank stare like I was talking Chinese and didn’t know what to do. He kind of apologized but didn’t offer to change them or gave me any other options. Very sad when you smell it and crave it and then get completely disappointed when you finally get it and do not enjoy it.

I like coming to this McDonald’s, but the drive-thru setup needs work. They have two speaker lanes, but only one is ever being used at a time. It defeats the purpose of having a dual-lane system, and it slows everything down, especially during busy hours. If both speakers were staffed consistently, the line would move much faster and the overall experience would be a lot smoother.

The food and service here are consistently bad. Just ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, and it’s covered in burnt black pieces from the grill. This will be our last try, hope this location shuts down and becomes something worth patronizing. Don’t bother, another location or Burger King would be better.

Terribly experience! A big group of us on vacation in a passenger van just trying to get food and we went to pick up an order. The manager came to the window and said we were drunk because we ordered so much food. We are 15 people in a passenger van with kids are very offended by this because are not drunk and clearly we need a lot of food because of how many people we are. She was very rude and it was uncalled for.
