I’ve been here a few times after 11pm and the service has been amazing every time! Staff is always super friendly! Order is always correct. Tonight the ice cream machine was working and the gentleman who made my McFlurry absolutely made my night. Every bite had a bit of Oreo in it!!

This restaurant location does relatively well. I like it a lot more than other local McDonald’s locations. Everyone always seems nice and never have any issues with the food or missing items. However they used to have the sweetest tea. Maybe they make it with a little less action now. But always my go-to location.

Great experience with this location. I made a mistake with my order by not wanting American cheese on my burger. The manager, Priscilla, was happy to remake my sandwich. She even brought fresh extra fries to go with it.

I will not recommend this place to no one. People are touching their faces. People don’t have hats. The girl give us the food was not nice at all . throw the food at you. I was there today and it was unacceptable. You guys should be a shame how you guys are running this McDonald’s and this is why we stopped going to you guys. If it was a different McDonald’s in the area, I would’ve definitely go to that one instead of this one. This McDonald need to get together.

11:00 at night everyone at the drive through was asked to pull into a spot I am waiting 15 minutes already no sign of my 2 cheeseburgers from the value menu.

Had to swing by for a McRib being that they’re gonna be gone with them soon. Besides the pancakes in the morning that’s really the only good thing that comes from here. The lady in the morning isn’t really the best to deal with and if you wanna make a mobile order, make sure you do it before driving into the parking lot. This area has the worst service ever. Even connecting to the free McDonald’s Wi-Fi it still doesn’t work.

Stopped here ahead of long trip to NY. Pancakes and sausage were surprisingly good as was bacon egg and cheese biscuit. The woman who took our order was great. She even stopped by our table to see if we were OK.

Incident Report – McDonald’s Drive-Thru Experience (10/17/2025)
While returning to Virginia from a family vacation in Florida, my parents, husband, and I stopped at this McDonald’s. It had two drive-thru lanes. We chose the lane closest to the building due to a long line in the other. A black Jeep ahead of us had a large order, and during our wait, eight vehicles from the other lane were served before us.
When we reached the menu to order, my husband greeted the employee by saying hello, who responded dismissively by saying “you just got to the window you need to wait. After four more cars were served, he asked again and was told we could leave we would not be served. He was simply trying to order a kids meal for our 4-year-old. I followed him inside and requested to speak with a manager who I explained the situation to. She said she would speak to her, she then took my order, processed the payment, and placed the meal on the counter without further engagement.
While waiting, other customers in the lobby unnecessarily involved themselves, escalating the situation. The entire interaction was unpleasant. As a customer service professional with over 20 years of experience, I found the employee’s behavior unacceptable, especially denying service to a customer with a hungry child. My hope is that does bot happen to another family and the employee is disciplined. No one deserves to be treated in such a matter when paying for a meal.
