We ordered breakfast this morning; I mean I’m not expecting perfection and I like to believe I set realistic expectations for myself and my food. When I spend money on something I’m expecting a full portion. Not the case this morning unfortunately, I purchased 2 small caramel frappes that weren’t even fully blended, there were huge ice chunks that made one of them undrinkable, AND neither of them are actually filled? Just disappointing when it’s one of the only things on the menu that should have a consistent recipe to follow every time so this doesn’t happen.

Very disappointed. Not only do I have to spend new years sick at home but I thought it would be nice to run up to McDonald’s and grab food with my daughter and make the best of it. Then, I had an issue with my order and the code but I just ignored it as it happens. Then, I went to the second window to just grab my order and leave. The girl was extremely rude and I just asked for a cup holder and sauce she stated you have it already and we don’t have any. The tone and the eye rolling was uncalled for. I did call and speak to the manager she said she would handle it. Fine no worries. Thinking we could go home and finally just enjoy the evening no. My daughters happy meal had 3 nuggets. No sauce, I was missing my extra six piece, and my burgers were hard and made completely wrong. Ended up throwing out the entire order and ordering a pizza.

Order through the app. for the drive thru, the only open lane had several cars waiting to order and it took forever to receive my order.
Tonight, I figured I’d place the mobile app order for pick up thru curbside. I selected parking spot #4 and waited about 5 minutes. After no food was received, I called the restaurant. The lady said the order has to be “staged” (whatever that means). She said I needed to select a parking spot number spot number. I told her I selected #4 on the app and it’s where I was parked. I requested bbq sauce and she said okay. After another 5+ minutes, I tried to call the office but after 4 rings, the call went to voicemail. I called back about 3 more times and the call went straight to voicemail. Btw, I noticed the location arrow went away and when I looked back at the app, it said there was a connectivity problem (after I clicked on #4 spot). It suggested that I now come into the restaurant to retrieve my order or go thru the drive thru which now had a line of at least 6 cars. As I was about to go to the drive thru, the employee brought the food. He was very polite and patient telling me to check my order to make sure it is correct. It was correct with the exception of the bbq sauce I had asked the manager over the phone to add to the bag.
Almost every night, the restaurant closes one lane so the drive thru line goes around the restaurant. If the restaurant wasn’t so close and 2 of my kids like it, I would never return. Also, what is the use in using the mobile app and you get stuck in line just like you are ordering your food at the speaker. Please improve. Give your customers all of their order at the same time and not make us park to wait on the food after handing us the drink that is getting watered down.

Honestly, if I could rate it a zero, I truely would. I don’t know what happened to this place. Service is terrible, so much missing food, less than half filled, and when you call to complain they yell at you and hang up on your face! Like seriously, this is McDonald’s, what other job can be easier than this. They all keep messing up. My dad has a little accent, and these workers are acting like he is speaking gibberish. My dad called to complain, the girl said sorry I speak english, and hung up! We then called another time and I spoke(my english is great) I told the guy everything that had just happened and he said ” she hung up because you guys were prank calling. ” What is this service!!! This place used to be amazing but now its terrible. Super slow and inconvenient!!! Never going to this place again. My father got yelled at because they messed up our order. I hope you guys feel great about a terrible review from a 12 year old that has more common sence then all of these workers combined.

I come to this McDonald’s all the time. Normally, it’s for lunch or dinner. This morning I came to get breakfast. I got an iced caramel macchiato with extra caramel which they charged me for it, which is fine because I know it cost extra. But when I get to the window and there’s no caramel and I asked Rex caramel and she doesn’t have to pay for it is ridiculous. I pull out the cup and My receipt and said I already paid for it and there doesn’t seem to be extra in here. The lady at the counter said I paid for extra caramel syrup not drizzle. Which at this point doesn’t make a difference when there’s no caramel in it at all. So I had to drive away because I just got done driving 18+ hours. I just find it ridiculous that when I pay for extra car mall drizzle or syrup and there’s neither in there and when I ask for more, you’re gonna tell me that I have to pay again is ridiculous

Check your order twice! This place couldn’t get the simplest of orders correct. Every single time I visit this location, they invent new ways of messing up my order. I used to work here 20 years ago, and it was run so well. Now, a simple order of 2 value meals is a disaster waiting to happen. Check your order before driving away.

Driving thru a drive thru, having to pull into drive thru spot number 1 and sit and wait for 15-20 mins, and then the lady who hardly speaks any English tried to give us someone else’s food that we didn’t pay for.
And finally when we did get our food, it’s not what we ordered.. lettuce all over it and it’s not supposed to.. they have us customers pull up to a parking space and sit and wait and wait and wait so your drive thru times don’t effect your bottom line from corporate…. All that does is piss off the customers that come every week.. next time I’m gonna refuse to pull up and I’m just gonna wait at the window for my food…
out of sight out of mind.. that’s how it feels when we order food thru the drive thru and have to sit and wait in a parking lot.. just to receive cold over salted fries and neither of our sandwiches where made right.. and after watching everyone who pulled in after us get their food first..
but the order was clearly taken correctly.. I guess reading is not a job requirement there…

I come to this McDonald’s all the time-this morning I decided to get breakfast I got the number six with a medium caramel iced macchiato… When I received the coffee I told the two people working the drive-thru that they didn’t give me a macchiato…. When I just asked them to make me macchiato this is what I got .. both employees just looked at me dumbfounded…. I’m posting pictures on here for reference of what the macchiato is supposed to look like and what I received and when I asked the employees they didn’t even want to lift a finger to help or fix this which would have been done in like 1 minute if they just acknowledge that they messed up….. I’m writing this review because I do believe the employees in the morning shift need to be retrained on how to make coffee. For reference it was a younger Hispanic male and a middle-aged black woman with short braids/dreads and both very clearly didn’t want to fix this issue so I just drove off….. When you come to McDonald’s for a very simple breakfast on your way to work and you really need that coffee and you’re actually paying more for the macchiato as well. I posted the receipt and the pictures. Please please retrain your morning staff on how to make proper coffee. I also posted of what a macchiato is supposed to look like.
