We ordered ahead of time on the app and enter the table number when we arrived. It did not take long to get our food only a couple of minutes. My grandson ordered the happy meal burger with extra pickles. I had the double cheeseburger with light pickles and extra onion. My daughter wanted the chicken with extra mayonnaise.
First thing my grandson goes for is his burger with only one pickle. He looked at me and I showed it to the lady bringing our food. It looked like a regular burger they just slapped his ticket on. When I showed it to her the bottom bun was rock had and you could see it had sat long. She said she was sorry and she took it back with her.
My daughter’s chicken sandwich was as she ordered but the bottom bun was also hard.
I took a bite of my double cheeseburger before I looked at it. The bun was rock had and appeared to have sat a long while and had dried ketchup and regular pickles and no onions. I took it up to the front counter and showed it to the lady. She said she was sorry and would take care of it. We finished the rest of our meals before the burgers were brought back. She asked us to check our food while she waited at our table. They were made correctly this time but had rock hard buns. I thumped the bun and tapped it on the wrapper on the table. She said all the buns were like that and have been coming in like that. She said she could take them back but it had already been long and we were afraid of returning them again
The fries were hot but heavily salted.

I visited the Beville McDonald’s on January 9 and ordered a Sausage egg McMuffin meal. I definitely do not think this was safe to consume, because it actually made me physically sick. The egg yolk was green all the way through. I tried to call the restaurant, but they did not answer the phone. I contacted the company through the app and so far I have been ignored.
Update – the company rep replied to my post and advised for me to contact them through their website. That is the exact site that I’ve used to contact them twice, No response has been received yet.

About the average McDonald’s. I do have to give them a 5vatar for service. Main reason is because they didn’t leave anyone there standing at the counter longer than a minute. Even while their drive thru was packed they kept the walk and moving just as fast. They didn’t leave us standing there being ignored.

I was there 11/22 around 1030pm-11pm and the woman at the second window (she had a blue scarf on her head and was wearing a blue shirt) was excellent. Unfortunately i didnt het her name. She wasnt able to give me the holiday pie but was quickly to offer a pumpkin and cream pie, which I love. She was quick and very customer service oriented. The food was hot, delicious and made the way i like it with my extra pickles. You need more workers like her at this location. Thank you for the great service.

Our order was not accurate because Two french fries and a Hot and Spicy chicken sandwich was left out. The manager was willing to replace the sandwich but since the original call didn’t mention the fries it wasn’t being replaced so I had to call myself as my son had walked back like an hour walk ( got his steps in). I suggested that the restaurant check the customers orders better and I understand that they are busy.

Anytime I go through the drive thru and Jamie and/or Zack is working, they always make my day. They are always so happy, friendly and just a general pleasure to communicate with. Stop leaving 1pc of cheese on my burger/ sandwich. If I paid for it I want it ! They purposely left a corner piece of cheese … this isn’t the first time. I always get a fish filet with cheese or extra cheese. Why take it if I’m paying for it !

This store is full of people who refuse to use common sense or double check their work. These workers are paid to ensure orders are not only taken correctly but packaged correctly as well. They have a BASIC meal with A SMALL fry and it’s like a rocket science concept for them to double check their work and again, MAKE SURE THE ORDER THEY TOOK OR READ IT COMPLETE. instead they do half ass work and make slick comments as if they are too bothered to follow through.

I have been using this location for 14 yrs. In the last 2 yrs I’ve experienced such poor food from the sloppy delivery to the wrong order and most resent today the Big Mac meal without any sauce. I’ve given this location 1121 Beville Rd So. Daytona, Fl many chances today ended my visits to this McDonalds. The hired youth have a lack of ethics and don’t care what they produce to the public.
Sorry to say I will not be going to this location or recommending it to anyone again. Today’s Big Mac deal was totally the worst experience of McDonalds good name.
