Just sat in drive through 15 minutes for a grinch meal!! Got it and no salt for shaker and no socks!!! So what did I pay extra for?? Then they have phone where it will not even ring. Bad frickin business!!! I want the difference between the regular Big Mac meal and the price I paid for the “special” meal. I only got the reg meal!! ‍♀️

This place is always understaffed in the evening. Never have pies for dessert. Cars 8 deep. People frustrated cant even leave because the line is blocking the lane. Sitting at the drive thru for 10 minutes. Get your food, finally, of course it’s wrong. The 3 people there are frazzled. You’re so frustrated you take the wrong order anyway. This happens even during events. Its almost worth driving over the bridge and hitting that mcdonald’s.

I’m from Texas on a trip over here. I ordered a quarter pounder and it was all greasy I know I’m not in Texas anymore but all the traveling I have done never got a burger like this at a McDonald’s when I took it back the guy didn’t get his name but he had sagging pants and had the audacity to say this fool is not going to eat this I just made it I said no and asked to speak to a manger. Cheryl comes up and she’s even worse than the crew. The guy speaking loud saying he’s going to make the burger over but it’s still going to come out greasy and the manager being rude saying she will have them redo the order I don’t want the order especially with this guy who keeps calling me a fool and she’s not correcting her workers very unprofessional lacks customer service I just got into town and had the worse experience ever hopefully the manager goes back into training or looks for another job that doesn’t deal with customer service and the guy needs to learn how to speak to people. Made himself look like the fool calling customers fool

Bought the breakfast burrito meal. I received 2 under filled burritos. Included the sauce packet for scale. I don’t know if this is the direction from corporate or if it is just the franchise, but it certainly isn’t what I was expecting in my meal. I have been getting these for years, and this was the worst I’ve ever seen. Small, short and flat. Very bad experience.

They where under staffed which could be why. But the burgers were tasteless and greasy ,the greasyest i ever had them. Fries were soggy and eww. Coke taste like Tap water. Will not eat at this one next time. We threw away alot of stuff especially the soda

The worst. They make you park so their timer doesn’t get to long. I have never had a complete order.
July update they are still unable to take orders correctly through the drive-thru. Just getting the size of your order correct or God forbid you ask for a sandwich with no cheese
You can watch them arguing whether or not they’re going to be able to get the food out on time for the buzzer or make you move forward so they look good
With such an amazing spot right behind a high school. You would think they would invest a little more in their quality in order to keep it going

I’ll admit. Don’t do fast food a lot, but this experience was horrible. Stopped in for a sausage egg McMuffin and Diet Coke. Waited 18 minutes in the drive through Spot 1- Then went inside along with the other 3 cars that had been waiting only to get an attitude from employees lol. They to put it bluntly- just didn’t care. Not so Great management at this location…

Been here separate occasions at least a month apart. I realize something might break. But first time no A/C inside, no ice in machines, got cold food.

Today, no A/C inside, burger barely warm, buns crusty. At this point it’s neglect on this store. I’m normally favorable of McDonalds but this one is struggling for long periods of time. I feel terrible for the workers having to work in the heat of this restaurant!

I am giving this review 2 stars because the young man at the register was as helpful as he could be. My first choice would be No Stars.
I am sharing my experience with you the way it happened. I am not mentioning names because this is not a personal review. I am prefacing this review by saying; I realize many places are struggling with finding employees. Many managers are working ALOT And I know they are tired. This is NOT an Excuse or Permission to have a negative attitude with your customers.
Today is Sunday, January 9, 2022. This happened today.
I was out running errands and decided McDonald’s would be a good place to choose for lunch. I arrived at this location at a good time. Both the drive~thru and dining room were not very busy. I placed my order in person at the register. Two thirds of my prepared order was placed on the counter in front of me. I stood at the counter waiting patiently for the last third at Least 3 or more minutes. The young man at the register was now serving a growing line. The other employees were ignoring me completely. Then the manager and an employee walked over to the register area so I caught their attention and mentioned my order was incomplete. I asked which one was the manager and explained what items I was still waiting to receive. The manager was clearly Bothered by my information. She sighed deeply and went about gathering my last few items. It took another 5 minutes or more for her to return with my food and drink (Which, I learned later, was the WRONG Flavor drink ) By this time, the lady behind me received her order. Both she and I Had to Ask the manager for the condiments and straws. Which were begrudgingly dropped on the counter as if we had asked for something we shouldn’t have. Again, the manager was Terribly Troubled that I was bothering her for such things.
Yes, they are overworked.
Yes, these are difficult times for Everyone.
YES, I was Very Patient.
I worked in the Service Industry for many Years. I made a point to treat Every Customer with a Smile, Respect and Kindness No Matter How I was Feeling or How Tired I was.
It is Very Dissappointing to have this kind of poor experience.
