Listen to the reviews, this location is horrible! It takes forever to get the food. You want the advertised happy meal toy? Forget it, you get something else and won’t be told. I went by today for my daughter who wanted a happy meal. I ordered that along with a spicy chicken meal and another side of fries. Pulled up to the window, handed me the happy meal and ask that I pull to spot one for the rest. 5 minutes later someone came out with food that belonged to someone else. So I waited another 10 minutes before I decided to go in. One of the employees saw me and asked for someone else to help me. That person said she “didn’t know how to work the front.” After a few back and forth someone finally came. I told that I’ve been waiting for a while, told what order. That’s when i realize they completely forgot and had to make the food. I also asked for sauce for the nuggets that didn’t include and that took another 2 mins to get. I finally get home, the fries and sandwich were not fresh. Chicken was dry and burnt along with the chewy bun. All these kids working that location does not have a care. I would avoid this location.

There was an entire egg shell in my sausage egg and cheese McMuffin this morning. I spit most of it out into the trash as soon as I felt the crunch. But it’s spread out into my entire sandwich. How does this even happen? This is extremely dangerous. I couldn’t imagine if I gave this to my young child and they choked. I’d be sueing. Do better.

The manager is a horrid, rude woman who you can constantly hear berating and shouting at the employees. Most of the workers are trying their best to be kind, especially the younger kids who obviously are working for the bare minimum. Food isnt bad, but could be much better.

I am convinced it is impossible for this place to hire competent people, if i pay for something i expect to receive what was paid for, not only that the drive through person literally just stared at me , said absolutely nothing throughout the entire interaction even after i said thank you. Fast food is getting ridiculous, quit hiring incompetent people.

Absolutely rude and worst service ever!! Traveling through and needed expediency and courtesy–no way!! I’m giving 1 star for everything even tho it’s the service I am ticked at. I do not like the kiosk and before we had hardly entered were told KIOSK only! We had a code for buy one get one BOGO, and had to go to cash register. She said, “I’m only one person” but then got someone else to come up.
Perhaps short staffed, as happens–but do not take it out on the customers. The loud lady greeting customers needs to be fired or moved to the back so someone nice can greet customers!! One more thing, punched the button for help at the Kiosk and no one came note were we recognized. Breakfast sandwich hot and ok.

Dined in today for lunch. The food was hot and fresh. However the manager was very unpleasant to say the least. She was yelling so loud that she could clearly be heard clear across the dining room. Looking at the kitchen crew you could see the uncomfortableness. Im a restaurant manager myself and in order to be a good leader you need to treat your team with dignity and respect. This lady lacked both.. She should be terminated immediately!!

Always hair in my food every time we order from here. Customer service is also at its all time low. additionally, they never give any sauce when you ask. I got sauce for my nuggets and I looked in the bag and there was no sauce i told the lady and she yelled ITS IN THE BAG and shut the drive thru window… i went home and there was no sauce in the bag.

Again? We’re drive through customers. Does this restaurant in Yulee save the older, unsold food for people who are using the drive-through and don’t have time to come back to complain? Where’s McDonald’s fresh standards? Our Egg McMuffins were lukewarm at best, the bread was hard on the edges, the cheese was dried out and looked like they’ve been sitting on a warmer for quite a while. So disappointing. The guy at the window was nice which is the only reason this McDonald’s got 2 stars.

Took 20 minutes to get our food, only to not get a receipt, get a seal from what I assume was a syrup bottle on the bottom of the bag, therefore getting syrup every where, and they missed a sandwich. They fixed that before I left, but I’m glad I looked. Also the unsweetened was sweet tea and vise versa.

This McDonalds is sooooooooo much better than the one on the island! Same owner, so I have a suggestion. Your staff on the island is probably the worst in America. I don’t mean that to insult. I genuinely believe it is. If you were to break up the staff and keep a constant rotation between all 3 locations, you would be giving the island folks a break from the obvious mismatched demographics, and you would improve the ratings of that store.
The staff on the island is way too aggressive for the elderly retirees they serve. They are crass, rude, and unkempt. Please let us borrow some good employees from the other 2 locations!
