A quick stop off the highway McDonald’s White Springs Florida has a large dining room to accommodate a busload for sure. If you happen to meet DJ he has incredible hospitality and even offered to help me take my large order for our family of 5 to the car. That was hospitality if I’ve ever seen it. Our order was correct which is hard these days to find. Thank you all for your efforts in maintaining your dining room and fountain area. It was very welcoming. The bathrooms were plentiful with 3 stalls in the women’s which is one more than the last one we visited. They did need to be attended to but were mostly clean just paper trash overflowing. McDonald’s White Springs Florida was just what we needed. Nestled across a parking lot from a gas station hubby got gas while I placed the order. A great way to take advantage of proximity.

I’ll tell you this. Don’t come here for fast food. I’m normally very very patient when it comes to food establishments. However, not this time. Never a fan of kiosk only operating places. I can get past this though. The part that killed me is we’ve been waiting over 30 minutes for food. They don’t seem overly busy by many standards.

Rude, short, and order not correct.. I always order the same thing a frappe with extra Carmel and cookies. This barley has any Carmel and somehow the order came out way above what it is at the other McDonalds. I won’t be coming back here, absolutely astonishing the way they speak to customers the lady in drive thru is very very rude.

Order’s all messed up. We had to scream to see if someone was there. Service I won’t even rate because it was beyond terrible. Empty building. People in line were coming in to see what was wrong and why they couldn’t get their orders. One lady had waited over 20 minutes for her daughter and her order. She was kind but very upset because she was going to be late. They rushed her order and she ran out very upset.

Busy location, use the app to order ahead. Ordered chicken sandwich. Great taste. The portion was large. Price isn’t like when we were kids. Service was quick not the friendliest. Atmosphere is normal. But be sure to use the app.

Upon entering this specific establishment, you can see trash on the floor area is not cleaned. After ordering. There was a extremely long wait time. Once we did receive our food, went to get drinks and of course they are out of sweet tea. Go to the counter and the lady looked at me and said we ain’t got any. Do not recommend and will not be returning.

It’s a pretty good mcdonald’s. Tt’s alright. The associates are very helpful and polite. The place was ok when it comes to cleanliness. The food quality was near top tier for a mcdonald’s. I don’t think I’ve ever received my food this good from mcdonald’s. It was a little wait, maybe 10 minutes, but it was totally worth it.

This morning we stopped on our way out-of-state and got coffee and a bite to eat. The coffee that I got was absolutely awful. Super strong and it was supposed to be the iced sugar-free French vanilla. I could not taste the French vanilla at all I could onlybtaste an overwhelming taste of artificial sweetener. I had to get another one to replace it, as I could not drink it. The food was decent, we got a sausage burrito and a greasy little hash Brown to go with my husband’s sausage egg cheese biscuit. The staff told me that the sugar free flavors were a bit on the strong side and did replace it for me with a plain i ed coffee and I added my own Splenda, which took 2 to kill the coffee flavor it was so strong. For the price, I will stop at circle K and make my own and enjoy the flavor much better.

STAY AWAY from this McDonald’s location. It’s absolute chaos!!!!
We just came down to Florida and both times entering the state and leaving we ended up at this White Springs location.
There’s no one supervising the orders. We watched as someone bagged our items, put it down and talk to a colleague. They both were laughing then she came back and continued to put napkins in the bag and then give us the order. What? Why walk away? Why put down the bag?
You will waste an incredible amount of time at this location. Putting in your order, waiting for your order and trying to get out of the parking lot.
