Always out of food every time I go. Also instead of just saying they were out of chocolate for chocolate shakes they gave me a vanilla shake with coffee mocha syrup and it tasted atrocious like straight syrup. Didn’t ask if it was ok to substitute. People have an attitude and always slow, bad service. Avoid if you can.

Ordered my food through the drive-through and was told to pull up to the second window. So I pulled up to the second window. The kid who was working the second window just opened the window and looked at me like I had two heads and didnt belong there, so I looked back at him, expecting him to say something, but he just continued to stare at me so I said Hello. He then asked me what I ordered and I told him and he sighed and rolled his eyes and was just overall giving me a lot of attitude and making me feel unwelcome. Not to mention, he only filled my drink up about 2/3 of the way and couldn’t even bother to give me a freaking straw. It was already a small drink like come on. If you hate your job or something then find another job. I dont understand why McDonalds has so many nasty employees. He didnt give me a receipt and when he handed me my meal, I said thank you for my food and he responded by shutting the window in my face. Im not sure if maybe I misheard and was supposed to stop at the first window and if thats the case, then thats on me, but there was still no reason for that kid to act like I was inconveniencing him while he was at work. Overall disgusting. I know its just a drive-through and I dont expect five star service but the amount of attitude and laziness that that kid just showed was absolutely unacceptable. How do people like that even get hired ANYWHERE?!

I’m babe visited this restaurant on many occasions in the past. The reason for my review is due to the circumstances and what I witnessed.
First, we visited on a Sunday. From what I could see, there were 2 managers and 2 employees only working: I’m not sure if everyone called out or it was just a bad day. The time that it took to get the food was horrendous for all inside and in the drive thru.
But what customer service!!! The lady behind the counter rushing back and forth tried to make sure that every customer knew what was going on and didn’t feel like a number. I didn’t get her name but she has purple and blue hair and was amazing. Employees like this are the ones that are future leaders in great companies.

This review is specifically for the young manager with the black hair. I don’t know what his name is and I don’t care to ask I can tell you that on the morning of Friday, February 20, At around 6:40 AM, I ordered a sausage McMuffin with a Coke, and drove off with my food so I could get ready for work. When I pulled the sandwich out of the bag, it was cold. I was so mad. I was hungry and working with limited time. I called the restaurant and spoke to him. He’s the manager there, but he told me he didn’t have anything to do with the food. He was just at the window handing it out. He didn’t let me talk. He talked over me.
Just absolutely awful service in that moment. I told him I hope he finds a job that he actually likes and I mean it. He doesn’t belong working with people.

Extremely small McDonald’s. I would estimate the total dining area around 700 square feet or less. Best for drive through or order pickup. Tried the limited time bagel breakfast and Iced tea. Nothing available in the lobby except tables and chairs.

Five McDonald’s within ez distance of my house and I chose the beach location because maybe they wouldn’t be as incompetent as the other 4. They proved me wrong. The food is edible but the service is terrible. Bad management at 5 separate stores makes me lose hope for humanity.

I stopped in today at lunch with my son…the cashier was brady… wow this young man totally impressed me ..he was friendly and did his job perfectly and it was just a great interaction..made a great day even better .keep up the great work..frfr..also this location is so close to my house and I’m happy to say it’s always clean,the employees are always friendly,the put the fast in fast food ..bathrooms are always clean andddd of course,the soda is perfectly balanced and that important to me..thanks y’all for a great lunch

As with most McDonalds, inconsistent when making food/drinks. I belive they were built on the belief that if you get an item at one McDonalds, it will be the the same (prep/taste) at all other McDonalds. Definitely not, especially with coffee drinks. I usually get a large iced caramel coffee in the morning. I cross my fingers hoping it will taste OK. Most times it not, either too much, too little of caramel or creamer or coffee. Sometimes the coffee is so hot the ice melts after only a few sips. There has to be a SOP on how everything is made, no?
