I use to come here for breakfast every morning. The guy at the drive thru the one with long black hair is rude and arrogant. I try to place my coffe order with one sugar one cream and he told me I make my order difficult. I stopped going there for almost a year but this morning I wanted to give them another shot. One again I go to drive thru and it’s him rude once again like I’m a bother trying to place an order so I canceled order went inside. I stood in line for 7 minutes nobody helped me so proceeded to the kiosks. Finally order place took another 12 minutes to get my food. Got home and the order I place was wrong I paid for cheese on my chicken biscuit and no Cheese I called and he said I would have to bring the food back. I just don’t have time for that asked for a refund on the cheese I still have to bring the food back. Either way this location is very bad attitude very bad atmosphere and will not be going back. Also the hot honey chicken sandwich was a joke there barely any sauce on it not dripping just a dab in the middle. I honestly couldn’t even taste it. I will post a pick of that also.

service was good the guys on the speaker was rushing his name was joel, but the guy at the window was good. The food though.. i asked for my fries cook to order.. didn’t get it. i bought a cheeseburger no mustard no pickle cook to order with extra ketchup. i received a burger with 5 pickles on it no ketchup no mustard no onion and definitely not cook to order.

The exceptional customer service this place in particular has is the entire reason I even felt compelled to review a fast food place haha . They ask you questions, make sure you received the right food before you even leave the pickup window! They’re always smiling and pleasant. Always a nice experience

The male manager was extremely unprofessional at the window. I ordered a mobile order for drive thru. I went to the drive thrue wi dow to pick it up. He I gnored opening the window. I then knocked on the window and he opened with an attitude and said yeah! I said I have a mobile order he said u have to go all the way back around to the order screen and said give them the number. I said are u serious??? I said no I’ll just take my refund. He said well do that then. I said u r rude. I went to drive off and he yelled out the window byeeeeeeeeeeee. I will never give my money to this McDonald’s ever again. Sooooo unprofessional and alwYs slow. This man should not work there. He is always rude and I have heard how he talks to staff. This McDonald’s is the absolute WORST. The slowest service at night. The morning crew is amazing but at night….wooo. BAD. Needs new ownership and management. The Garcia family needs to do some real work. No way you should have to wait 45 minutes in a drive thru line. And the employees just play around and move slow with no urgency. It’s so so so so bad. Don’t go after 4pm. Don’t waste your time or money.

Consistently poor experience at this McDonald’s. Multiple times our to-go orders have been missing items, often discovered after we’re already home. While the manager will remake the food, having to drive back for a forgotten item is frustrating and not worth the time or gas.
Wait times are excessive. I’ve seen customers walk out due to long delays at the counter with no staff available to take orders. Delivery drivers also regularly appear upset with how long orders take.
The restaurant frequently smells unpleasant and looks dirty, and drive-thru staff lack basic customer service etiquette.
When this location first opened, the food quality—especially the fries—was great, but that quickly declined within a few months. Now it’s an average fast-food location at best. Order accuracy, cleanliness, staffing, and service all need improvement.

Tonight was the last time. I have never received my order correct from this location. Not once. I’ve given them a handful of tries now. No matter if I order on the app or in person. No matter if it’s drive thru or delivery. They never ever get it correct. Tonight, not only did they not get the order correct, they filled each fry up maybeee a quarter of the way. I combined 2 large fries and 2 medium fries and got a little over 1 large fry total. Yall straight up don’t care. Times are way too tough to be playing with people’s food and money.

Lately my order been wrong had to get back in line to get my food correct. So I started looking over all my receipt it’s convenient for me. Because it’s on my way to pick up my kids.And they act like they are so ready-to-eat when they get in the car.So I always get McDonald’s because it’s in the path.But lately I noticed a up charge.What’s your upcharging when the cups are the same extra small. So when I asked the young man in the drive through, he said it was because I got Dr. Pepper. I did not know Dr. Pepper was up charge so the lies are being told so I’m going to see. I want answers after I place my order I’m going to go inside to see. If it’s the same when I place the order myself going inside from drive through. This has to stop do you know how many times I have been here.

Been to this location a few times because it is the closest to my home. Kind of a hit or miss but not worth the risk anymore. Just drive a couple more miles to another location and you will be much happier. The facility is nice but the people working here are a bunch of goof balls. Go through drive through and all you hear is a bunch of cackling and have to repeat yourself because the person taking your order can’t focus. Ordered a Cheesy Jalapeño QPC and it was quite warm. The cheese sauce was a wax like solid adhesive for the jalapeños and their cheese slice slap game is weak (50% burger coverage)
