We stopped for breakfast on our way up the freeway and it was fairly easy to get to. It is a newer location so all was in good condition. There were a couple of issues though, it was after 7 and the lobby was still locked. We had to bang on the windows to get in. Most of the food was good traditional McDonald’s fare but the biscuits were not up to par. All 3 that we had were super tough and hard to eat. Other than that, we enjoyed the food. The restroom was clean and stocked and there was plenty of parking.

If I could give 0 stars i would.
First there was no toilet paper in the womens washroom, so I kindly ask the lady who is packing the meals if they can have someone restock the toilet paper as my daughter and I had to use the washroom and there was a line up of 4 other women also waiting for the washroom. She responds in a rude tone with “you will have to wait as we are busy”.

So I had my husband go and grab toilet paper from the mens washroom so we could do our business.

Next, I ordered from the kiosk which is fine, but there were several people wanting to pay with cash and were waiting at the till. The same lady (appeared to be the manager in charge) rudely shouts out to use the kiosk “thats what theyr’e there for”. Turning away a few customers.

Finally we waited over 30 minutes for food, isn’t this supposed to be fast food? Completely unacceptable, and poor customer service. I will never come back to this location.

I stopped in on my way to work this morning. Although the lobby was supposed to be open at 5 at 7:15. When I arrived, these still were not open. Even an employee was waiting outside. The manager on duty open up the door for the employee and told me. “Well, I will let you in, but you have to order from the kiosk.” I went inside to order and uh, all I heard was yelling and screaming in the kitchen, and this is to me, being a service manager at a local tire in automotive repair facility, is completely unacceptable. I started to place my order through the kiosk. As requested but the yelling in the kitchen became too much. I’m left mid order and went to another fast food restaurant down the street. Where I was greeted show kindly. Rest assured I will never step foot in that location of McDonald’s again.

Totally Unacceptable!!! I’m a loyal customer and this is definitely disappointing when I didn’t even ask for extra/heavy drizzle in my frappe. I didn’t sip Frappe right away but once I pulled off & got on i10 to head home (Live Oak) I could barely sip due to caramel clogging up my straw. Once I got home I realized why I couldn’t sip my frappe, and all the person had to do was ask me to pull up and remake it ‍♀️ #Waste

Been sitting in the drive thru line for 30+mins to get our online order at 11pm at night and no one was at the order box. People in front of us have been waiting longer. There were people in there but not paying attention by any means. They are super slow and not attentive at all to their customers. I swear they have ghosts working here because absolutely nobody is around. Worst service ever! If I could give it zero stars I absolutely would. Get better staff who are willing to work and not be lazy and leave customers waiting especially after they have paid for their food in advance. Wish my husband and I could get a refund because we would definitely go elsewhere and will from now on.
P.S.- There were employees complaining as they walked out from their shift about the line of vehicles. Also employees coming over to the door to look at the line and they disappeared into thin air. Also you need to fire the whole entire night staff. Says you are open until 2am and the staff was very rude when we said we ordered online and there were 2 orders sitting in the drive thru window!!!!!!

Our experience at this location was fantastic. The cashier was new (maybe due to one of the reviews left here) but she was very professional and courteous. Greeted us with a smile and told me she works 2 other jobs. My respects! The breakfast was good and the kids had fun in the playground. Saw 3 employees cleaning at the same time. The place look spotless clean. 2024 update. Still looking good!

I know it’s a fast food restaurant but by far the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to, to start with the lady working the drive thru couldn’t hear anything I said so it was frustrating repeating everything I said, than we waited about 15 minutes with only 4 cars in front of us. We got a chocolate shake that wasn’t mixed at all the whole bottom is white, we asked them if we could get a chocolate shake and he instead just argued saying that’s how the machine makes it after about a minute of going back and forth he decided he would take it back. He than handed it back a little while later and it looked exactly the same it just looked like he took the straw out and added some more whipped topping. One of the chicken nuggets had an extremely hard tooth like piece inside of it. The mocha frappe tastes terrible and half of the food was thrown away. Almost forgot the lobby was closed around 10pm.

Avoid this location. The manager was very disrespectful and confrontational for no reason. Even one of the other employees was embarrassed and apologized for the manager’s behavior. I reached out to McDonald’s explaining the poor behavior in detail and requested a refund. Other than a generic “we have forwarded this to the location” message, I have been ignored and not received a refund. Apparently, McDonald’s and this location considers that kind of behavior to be perfectly acceptable and does not care if customers are belittled and treated like they are beneath them. Case number 34084222. Give me my money back immediately. You can go through my account on the app and see how many orders I’ve placed over the years and that this is the first I’ve complained. The behavior was THAT bad. So give me a refund and honestly, I probably deserve more than that.

Seriously I ordered off of door dash for the 2 cheeseburger meal 1 mcchicken 10 piece nuggets it takes an hour and a half to get to me food ice cold and McDonald’s has the audacity to give me old food burgers had no cheese meat was cold and old chicken looked old drink was melted I called up there to complain and I was told it wasn’t their problem to get over it…. R U SERIOUS!!!!! IF I COULD GIVE U 0 STARS I WOULD U DKNT DESERVE EVEN 1 STAR
