Ordered the new big arch burger ” GARBAGE “. First I asked for no pickles and they gave me pickles, asked for tomatoes and they gave me no joke, never seen this before two sliced tomatoes the size of a quarter, but on my receipt it stated 3 slices of tomatoes. Gave me a small spot of sauce on the edge of the bun. Ok I took two bites of the burger, meat tasted old and burnt, burger stated falling apart because it was poorly put together, a 5 year old could have done a better job. Long story short gave it to my dog. A waste of money and time especially when I had to part and wait for that ” GARBAGE ” Good ridence McDonald’s never coming back.

I have to give this morning crew on (10/17) their props… Everyone was nice polite and had a smile!!!! I’m not sure what happened, but my chicken biscuit was perfect (chicken juicy and biscuit soft)

I was not going to write a review, because I called and spoke with the previous manager to get my issue resolved. I ordered two happy meals and a caramel frappe. One of my happy meals I asked for no apples extra fries when I got home and opened the happy meal there was two carts of fries but only one carton had fries in it. I called the manager let her know what happened. She took my information down and said that she’ll reimburse me for a small fry. So I thought I had nothing to worry about.
But that was not the case.
I went Back to McDonald’s to order another happy meal for my daughter and claim my small fry. I let the person know at the speaker, That I was owed A small fry. The cashier gave me the happy meal, but I didn’t receive my small fry. I didn’t leave the drive-through window, but I informed the Cashier I was missing a small fry That I was old. I told the cashier of the manager who I spoke with, she called the manager over. The new manager told me that the old manager no longer works there and hasn’t Been working there for two weeks. The manager didn’t seem like she wanted to give me what I was owed, And had no customer service at all.
I wasn’t there to receive anything free, I was only there to get what I was owed. As a manager, I expected more professionalism, For a mistake that happened from one of their employees.
I’ll come get breakfast from this location every other day, and the customer service is way better in the mornings. I will never be back in the afternoons at this McDonald’s location.

Everyone I do a large pick order it is always correct and the people bring the food out are always so nice and do small talk. Always ask how your day is going. Offer sauces and ketchup which is nice.

We went to have breakfast, 2 sandwiches…told to use kiosk. Kiosk wouldn’t work…. asked for assistance women was disrespectful, rude, not at all engaged in customer service.. never received service and left disappointed with no breakfast…I will not go back my money and time is to valuable to me..

WOW! I don’t know if it is because I went to Mickey D’s at 7:30 am Sunday morning and it was kind of slow but the employees in there were so nice and helpful and friendly. They help me utilize the app so I can get my reward points. Also the quality of the food service as you see in the pic was outstanding! If you talk about hot food fast fresh and tasty you need to go to this Mickey D’s. I will check back later to see if I receive the same service that I received today when it is a little more busy. Outstanding food and outstanding food service great jobs to the managers and the employees…
