Ordered food through the drive-thru. I asked for ketchup, the lady gives me three packs that are sticky and stuck together. I asked her for extra ketchup since I had more than one large fry along with other items. She hands me ONE pack, stares at us as if we had the nerve to ask for extra ketchup, tells me to move forward as she walks away from the window. Other things transpired… overall… Horrible service!

Hamburger was old they didn’t put any mustard on them they were already made one look a burnt sausage patty.I also ordered a crispy chicken sand bun was hard that was also old fed up with Mac Donald’s where are the managers? No cups for combos,computer system down so they say.Its sad that you spend you’re money you work hard for and this is what they give their customers. I ask for no pickles and cheese and I still got what I did not want!

Ordered a Happy Meal,chicken nugget meal and a plain quarter pounder meal and a chicken sandwich on the app. Pulled up gave my code that was the fastest movement I made besides getting my receipt. Pulled up to the 2nd window where they handed me my drinks and the Happy meal. Then was asked to pull up ….where I sat for a good 10 minutes. Then I went inside to ask for my order and it still wasn’t ready took a few minutes of the cashier asking what’s going on back there….and finally got my order. Worst experience using the app….should mention the cashier gave me 2 apple pie.

11 this morning I went in the drive through to get some lunch, i asked for a cheese burger with bacon on it, not only did the burger not come on the bacon, the staff was rude, the burger wasn’t hot when i got it and there was no cheese on the burger. They were more worried about getting food out for other customers then checking to see if they made my food right l. Macon road is always unprofessional and they can never get anything right. I get food from them all the time and i never had this happen before. Mcdonald’s and their staff needs to do better.

Came through and got food poisoning from the nuggets. Tried to call and speak with a manager but the number goes straight to a mailbox that doesn’t take messages. We waited in line to order for about 15 minutes and then after we told them our to go code, it took another 15 minutes to get the food. The sweet tea isn’t sweet, the coffee is too sweet, and yeah the food poisoning from the chicken nuggets topped it all off. The ladies at the window and speaker were both friendly, but the projectile vomiting for the past hour kind of makes me forget about that. We definitely know to avoid this location in the future, hopefully they can work on cleanliness, food handling safety guidelines, and wait times.

Ordered cheeseburger that had small droplets of ketchup and mustard and small pickle. Took one bite and couldn’t take another bite. And that’s bad when you are hungry. So I tried the fries. They tasted a little off like waxy taste. So I tried to rid my mouth of that taste with the sprite. No go there. The sprite tasted like nitrogen. I’ve eaten McDonald’s all my life but if that’s the kind of food they serve to customers. They must not care so I feel the same and rather not go thru that again. I don’t know if that meal was intended for someone they don’t like or what but it seemed deliberate.

This is the second time I try to enter this building. First I thought it smelled awful because there was a homeless person inside next to the door that unfortunately didnt look clean. I left the building. I went again today and the same smell. There was a staff member handing out food to someone and I told her it smelled bad, she said ‘ok’

I just ordered a Deluxe Big breakfast w/ pancakes and xxtra sausage. I only received this for 9.00. On Dec. 1st me and my lady friend decided on eating breakfast and service was terrible, employees, management was very rude, I guess due to short of staff.

I ordered sausage mcgriddle and hashbrown. Two basic and simple menu items. I choose inside because drive thru was wrapped around. I go inside and the App refreshed and went to drive thru. I tell the front counter and show my order. 25min later still no food and others have came and left.

They are a good McDonald’s I go to this one if I don’t go to the other McDonalds it’s very good the only part about it is they get busy a lot so it won’t be as quick but all of the other stuff is good there food and service is on top I love everything about McDonalds I recommend it.
