This place needs to be shut down and restaffed ! Waited 30 mins on an app order .. This restaurant was in pure chaos mode! Not to mention all the Health Code violations I counted ! Open toed shoes in a kitchen !!!! Just imagine if Hot grease as to splash on this employees foot! It takes too long for someone to take your order at drive thru. Also, they don’t take orders in sequence. I was the only person in drive thru and 2 cars pulled up in the other lane and got service before me. Then they asked for my order and I told them what happened and she say, Sir May I Take Your Order as if she didn’t hear anything I said. So I said No Thanks and drove to Dairy Queen.

Pretty good location that had some traffic in the drive-thru. But they handled my order accurately and got me out in a reasonable amount of time with friendly service. Plus, the ice cream machine worked!!

Waited 10 minutes in the drive thru just to have the other lane order before me. I was the only car in either lane. I sat for 10 minutes. Then a car pulled up next to me in the other lane and they immediately took the order. All I ordered was an iced coffee on mobile order. Very rude staff. Extremely slow service. Waited 20 minutes for a happy meal or my child, only for it to be cold. Freaking ridiculous!!! I’ve never been to a SLOWER freaking fast food restaurant.
