Went through drive Thur. Drive thru work who was handing out the food was very rude!!! No greeting, handed me a drink no ice ask for ask, she spilled drink on me due to fill kids drink to full. When I was given my food it was my a rude gentleman who told me to have a better day when it was clear by myself and my ride she (the drive thru work and the man were rude.

4/22/25 I stopped by this McDonald’s for breakfast this morning and got a bagel, egg and cheese, but substituted the bagel for a mcmuffin. I got the combo. I bit into it and it’s tasted way different than when I got it several times before. Why in the world is there mayo on my sandwich. I didn’t request it. It makes the sandwich disgusting. I called several times this morning, but there was no answer. I expect a refund or another sandwich. I’m at work and am not about to drive way across town. I will be by this evening. I don’t know why I keep coming here.
4/23/25 Update: I went by yesterday evening and spoke with a manager. They offered me a whole meal right then and there for dinner or come back this morning for a whole meal replacement this morning. I stopped by this morning, spoke to the owner. He was extremely nice and apologetic. He got right on it. Thank you.

The employees here are very rude, all you can hear and see is them playing around, laughing, on their phones and not doing their jobs appropriately. I’ve had several chicken sandwiches that were cooked way too long and tasted like they were sitting out all day and definitely not fresh. There have been several occasions where I would order a large meal and would receive medium items such as fries and drink. There are times they ask for your drive through code and you give it to them and they don’t put it in, causing me to not get points or my free items. When you go in for them to correct your order, nobody is tending to the counter or they are very rude about it.

I am generally very lenient towards food service workers. I have worked those jobs. They’re hard, thankless, and pay little.

That said, the disregard these people have for actually providing any service at all is appalling. I’ve stopped there multiple times for drinks or food, and not a single time have I ever felt like anyone in the kitchen cared the least about their customers or even common decency.

In previous visits, my girlfriend and I have asked for frappes. Every time, we were told the “machine is down”. Finally we asked, “How long has it been down? Will it ever be repaired?” The answer? “Oh, like two years.”

In my most recent visit, I saw the very prominent sign they have in front of their drive through that advertised the new buffalo chicken sandwich. I ordered it, drove around, and paid. They didn’t say anything about the order nor did they confirm what I asked for.

When I got to the second window, the employee there said, “You got the big mac and two snack wraps?” I thought they had someone else’s order. I clarified, telling them that no, I wanted the buffalo chicken sandwich. The drive through employee turned and began asking around for my sandwich. Multiple other employees were engaged at this point, also asking where the buffalo sandwich was.

At this point, an older lady walked over, briefly spoke with the drive through employee, then handed me my bag. Not wanting to hold up the line and assuming there was just a kitchen miscommunication, I drove forward and checked.

I drove back around and asked at the speaker about this. They informed me that they don’t serve a buffalo chicken sandwich. I puzzled over this, commenting that their drive through sign had it right there. They said, “We have a lot of signs that show things we don’t serve.”

I’m done with the place. I’m not so deluded as to think the loss of my patronage will do anything, but I can’t and will not recommend this place to anyone. The immediate tone of the employees was anger, frustration, and willful negligence to communicate with me about the fact I had received something I didn’t order and didn’t want.

The snack wraps tasted ok.

Absolutely terrible service and terrible wait times. I go shooed out of the line once because I was trying to get refunded for mcflurries after they claimed the machine was down. Pushed me out of line rudely and ensured me I could get a refund on the app on an already completed order. Did not get that money back. Every time I go later at night (after 9) the wait time is 45+ minutes. For fast food? Wild.

The nicest people served me this morning and even told me where a coffee machine was working since theirs was down. Food was fresh and the workers were lovely. Truly one of the best fast food experiences I’ve ever had.

Amazing food, 67/10. I ordered a 40 piece Chicken McNugget box with 7 BBQ sauce packets & 3 Large French fries. This place is always suitable for between 1 & 16+ people!

This McDonald’s is supposed to be open 24 hours there were three employee cars in the parking lot around midnight on November 7th Saturday there are four or five cars in the Drive-Thru lined up waiting to place an order we can see people walking around inside no one ever answered the drive-thru no one took our orders no one would answer the knock at the door the horns blowing nothing and I used to doordash I’d have doordash orders and they did the same thing they would be in the store with their heads on the table sleeping

this is THE WORST MCDONALDS I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO. they have 2 order windows but will ONLY USE ONE CAUSING YOU TO WAIT WITH ZERO EXPLANATION AND WATCH A DOZEN CARS BE ABLE TO ORDER. i tried to go in and get my food but they never came no matter how much i called. TERRIBLE, DO NOT EAT HERE EVER!!!!!!!
