My daughter got food poisoning from this restaurant and I contact corporate, tried calling the store but ofcourse nobody answering !!! This is ridiculous !!!! Plus HR reached out too me and told me I was getting complimentary gift cards and I haven’t received them yet ! It’s been over a month. Don’t tell me you guys are going to do something and concern if you’re not !!!

This place was absolutely horrible. I had a voucher for a free bigmac combo which clearly said Albany GA on their list of applicable stores. Upon my attempt to turn in the voucher I was told rudely “we don’t do that at this store”. I will never go back.

Unfortunately I didn’t like the food ,my fries were old tasting. Like they had been recooked. Had no salt either. Was the only thing i stopped for and was disappointed. It was close to closing time so that may have been why. But it would of been better if they told me no fries to close to closing to make new ones or something.

I went into the McDonald’s on South Slappey. It took about 30 minutes to get my food only for it to be cold. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and wasn’t nothing crispy about it. It was rubbery and cold. The manager or shift on duty told me it took 45 minutes to cook this crispy chicken sandwich. It wasn’t crispy nor had any grease to it. The nuggets was like they had been warmed in the microwave they as well was rubbery. The fruit punch juice was watered down. This man had the audacity to tell me he have no control of how the kitchen send out the food. The only thing he did right was refund my money which was about $30. The girl that fixed my drinks moved with no sense of urgency…. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone for NOTHING NOT EVEN A NAPKIN!!! WHEN YOU KNOW BETTER YOU DO BETTER!!! AND BY THE WAY SINCE WHEN IT TAKES 45 TO COOK A CRISPY CHICKEN? A CRISPY CHICKEN Y’ALL THEY WOULD NEVER GET ANOTHER PENNY OF MY HARD EARN MONEY PERIOD…..

One of the best McDonald’s I have been to in some time! Friendly service!! Order was accurate and everything was HOT!
EDIT: returned to this location and it was awful. I ordered from kiosk, no receipt. Took several minutes for anyone to notice I was at the counter. When I was acknowledged, they were shocked to learn I had placed an order. Pop machine sprayed syrup every where. Floor was sticky and napkins empty. They weren’t busy at all, if they were I could understand some of this. Disappointed.

In the drive-thru sitting for several moments, no one comes on the speaker. I say “hello?!?” Employee rudely says they are changing shifts as if I’m supposed to know that. So I wait because I was already close to my destination. I waited close to 15 minutes still no response. I drive up to the window and they are still counting the drawer!! I just left, there should be procedures in place to keep things going while shift change issues are sorted out.
