The orders are made fresh, unlike some locations I’ve ate at before. You don’t have to sacrifice for food that has been sitting in a tray for long periods getting “dry”. Everytime I’ve ate here the meal is fresh and delicious. If your looking to save a few dollars this is the spot.

I came through the drive thru this afternoon noon and the girl in the window I think she said her name was Nikki she was the most sweetest person I have seen in a while she called me by name and took her time to make sure she correctly took my order and she greeted me with the biggest smile and I wanted to just say because of this young lady I will definitely be returning soon.

First, let me say i like McDonalds app. I have random issues yet like it. 2nd visitation this location. Food was what was expected from McDonalds, average. The employee’s were great. They make an effort, which is noteworthy these days. Customers seem friendly so vibe is relaxed. Bathroom could use some attention, but I’d say acceptable on my visit today. Ordered almost $100 doordash and this is what arrived. Absolutely disgusting! And no one will answer the phone. At least doordash takes care of their customer but still I have one child that won’t eat tonight because this mcdonalds served raw meat. Im working and cannot go to this location right now to replace. That is the whole reason I spent extra to have it delivered.

This is the worst McDonald’s in Valdosta. The entire night shift needs to be fired and then start over new. Horrible customer service, extremely slow. I waited in drive thru over 30 minutes. How long does it take to prepare FAST FOOD?!!
