So the service was a little slow but here’s what made up for it. The staff is incredibly friendly and the food was spot on perfect. Yeah we ordered some complicated orders and the girl taking the order got him right and the people who made the orders got them right. The fries were good, fresh and hot and the burgers were outstanding. I would say the diet Cokes were great but if you can mess up diet Coke then you need zero stars so that’s a up or down. Anyway, the place was great. Would highly recommend if you’re traveling

Searching for the elusive Grimace milkshake… Store 1 didn’t have it. Store 2 stopped taking orders in drive thru for whatever reason. I called Store 3 before going down there to confirm milkshakes. They said yes. I get there and…. no milkshake. I know its just a milkshake but good lord McDonalds. When you have a promo item plastered all over the store you really should be 100% sure these stores have the product. All this said, the employees were very nice and apologetic.

Awful place. Kicked us out of the store saying they had to close early because of being short staffed. Looked and noticed about 4 staff members doing nothing, even had a woman who was leaving warn us not to eat there because the woman working was upset we came into eat. Will be reporting to corporate. These folks seemed like they just didn’t want to work. I’d give it zero stars if possible.

First of all they have a 100 on their inspection. When have you ever seen a 100 and much less at a McDonald’s? When we got there, the staff was actually cleaning the baby chairs, sweeping up outside and PAINTING THE RAILS do you hear meee??? And the service was fast, food was extra fresh and HOT aaaaand I got a free syrup and didn’t order pancakes. Best McDonald’s EVER. PERIOD.

Came to pick up a mobile order and waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes after I got my receipt from the first window. There were two cars in front of us and the first car got pulled forward to wait on their food. The lady in front of us had to go inside to get her order corrected because no one would come to the window to help her. We ordered two kids meals and a chicken nugget combo. Both hamburgers for the kids meals were wrong so we had to wait another 15 minutes to get it fixed. 15 minutes for two hamburgers to get fixed….. I know it’s McDonald’s and it’s hit or miss, but how do places with customer service this terrible stay in business?

Haven’t been in 17 years until now. The fish was mush and I needed a pound of salt to choke down the fries. Cashier was all attitude and could not count change. Just dont see how they stay in business. Cookouts is supreme followed buy Culvers and Relish.

What is the point of being open 24/7 if nobody will answer the drive thru before 6am? Probably 80% of the time I have tried to order food at 5am, nobody will answer. I don’t want to sit at a drive thru for 5 minutes hoping someone will take my order, then give up, drive past the windows and see workers standing there doing nothing.
