We ordered a simple meal in the drive thru. A mcchicken plain. Add cheese. And a kids meal. Get up to the order window. Everyone was just chilling. And I waited about 5-7 mins. Then a guy comes up to the window when there was only my car and a car behind me asking me what we had ordered. Tasted the fries. They were cold like they had been sitting on the rack and when I opened my sandwich there was so much mayonnaise so definitely not plain. With the kids meal she wanted a bbq and sweet and sour sauce. I had to re ask for the sauce at the window even though both sauces and the way I wanted my sandwich was extremely clear on the receipt. I will never visit this location again. Just went way down hill on E hill. Smh.

Food took forever to receive. Fries were not cooked enough. Sandwich was dry. The nuggets were just ok, but at that rate best of what we ordered. They didn’t bring the drinks to the table with food. Told her, she didnt come back with them. Had to go back and request them. Bathrooms gross. Needed alot of attention. It was my worst mcdonalds stop ever. Ours at home is attentive and much better food.

Let me say this.. Valdosta Ga is known for one of the most prestigious universities in the state of Georgia and the employees should reconsider getting a proper education if they don’t want to work such establishment as this I’m talking about attitudes on 10 from the manager on down Because they are so nasty I am a doctor if one was to choke in there my oath as a doctor would’ve been broken cause no life wouldn’t have been save this night of March 8, 2026 I just lost my mother and you know everyone is going through something and it pays to be kind to each other but I will sincerely pray for the staff working this night. We waited for service at the counter and we were ignored. Went to the kiosk and placed our order. We sat at the table for an additional 15 minutes with our table number 39. Still no service. My husband went up to the counter and sitting there was our cold breakfast. Thanks but no thanks. We should have gone across the road to Ihop.

Came here because I was in town getting tires fixed,order 2 double quarter with just mayo and cheese while I understand mayo doesn’t come on the sandwich but to charge. .40 a sandwich is crazy then when u receive the food I ask about the charge she was not aware of it. My mcchicken which comes with mayo was also charge for extra ask for it to be made fresh all 2 burgers where not done and cold where for chicken guess tough leather would be how to describe it. I aint 1 to complain considering that I work fast food myself but this is ridiculous. I made contact with the lady said she was store manager and I explained to her that what was wrong she said everything was cook fresh. Cashier at the windows were friendly about the only thing good

I was traveling and stopped in here because I was suddenly hungry. I am glad I did.
I have rarely been to a McDonald’s where the staff was so cheerful and friendly.
The food was made fresh and was delicious.
I will definitely be stopping here again.

If I could give 0 stars I would but the only option is 1 star which that is too much. I ordered on the kiosk inside, then stood around waiting for my food, still didn’t receive it. I kept waiting at a table for them to call my number. I waited 30 mins, no food. So, I ask the cashier about my food and she said she handed my food to someone else that I paid for! I got a refund. She gave a half ass apology. I asked the lady for her name and I called corporate in the store, and complained about the shitty service. I will not be back to this Mcdonald’s. DO NOT EAT HERE.

I’ve been on the drive through line for over 15 minutes already, and I’m still not even close to the pick up window. This is definitely NOT fast food, and not friendly to travelers on the interstate. Employees are moving like molasses.
