Y’all need to update your hours. If you’re going to be closed until 5am change it. You’re not open 24hrs anymore. I go on the app right now at 2:30am and it says “store closed” let alone when i order thru DoorDash on 2 different occasions you messed up my order. I have no transportation to go up there myself to demand my correct food. Explain to me how this is double bacon quarter pounder?

I couldn’t tell you what the atmosphere is like as I hit the drive through (quiet often). I can’t recall my order being incorrect and I’d say put of 30 times of going I’ve had prob one experience where it took for ever to get my food (but it was fresh and I wasn’t in a hurry).
As far as fast food goes for breakfast it’s a decent place. Breakfast or happy meal for my daughter is all I ever get.

All I ask far is either a plane or cheese burger or a double plane or cheese burger with bacon do I get it no i get ketchup and pickles they repeat back to me. I thought that was simple!!! Placed a mobile order, had to tell them everything I ordered at both windows, happy meal didn’t come with the Apple slices I ordered for my kid, McRib box was covered in sauce inside and out, got all over my white Nike Jaguar shirt. We asked if the dipping sauce was in the bag and the person at the window didn’t know. Where is the quality assurance? Jacksonville’s McDonalds aren’t even this bad!

Horrible food ,cold not fresh at all. We ordered three large fries and a ten piece nugget, they were so fast when giving us the food that we didn’t get a chance to check the order before driving off when we got home we only got 1 half full large cold to the touch fry with 4 pieces of nuggets. Never again.
