Whoever runs this place genuinely needs to be fired. Apparently the lady who spoke to me today was the manager and her attitude was ABYSMAL. I placed a separate order from the one I had placed before (just a simple small milkshake,) even showed her that I was charged. I never got it, and you know what she does when I bring it up? She belittles me and all of friends who were trying to explain the situation. Someone I was with had to go in and place another order because this lady couldn’t go over to the machine that makes the milkshake for her, and put it in a cup.

Mind you, the McDonald’s was practically empty. I heard the workers arguing in the back, and another lady got fed up with them as well.

In conclusion, if you want a horrible McDonald’s experience mixed in with unwarranted attitude from the people who are serving you, then this is the place for you.

Every time we come here we are waiting over 25 minutes. Imagine that. 25 minutes in a McDonald’s drive through.
They never get the orders correct and when you ask the employees to fix their mistake, they spend another 25 minutes switching my Diet Coke to a regular coke.
They slam the window in your face after they hand you the food. Then, once you look in the bag you realize they still got your sauce wrong.
For some reason it took three employees to fix my biscuit order that they got wrong.
It also takes three employees to stand around ay the drink station and fill up drinks.
Every single time. It’s not worth it.
At this point it would be a better use of your time to just go to chick fl a. You might have to pay an extra $1 but it’s better than the horrible service at McDonald’s。
Get better employees McDonald’s!

We actually enjoyed a mcdonalds for a change. The food was actually hot when we got it, the buns weren’t stale, fries were piping hot and not overly greasy or salty. We ordered from the kiosk, however we saw people ordering at the registers and that was great to see. The employees didn’t look miserable like we’ve seen at other locations. The young lady who brought our meal to us was delightful. They were busy inside and at the drive-thru. They seemed to be getting food out in a timely manner and the communication you could hear between them was great.

It would have been nice if this location did the lower value meal prices as well. A lot of people may not be able go out a lot and seeing that McDonald’s lowered price, I feel all McDonald’s should comply. It shouldn’t be an option. Every value meal that was on the menu here was $10 or more. Work with your customers, not against them. You’ll make them very happy.

Not thrilled on mcdonalds changes to interior design. They seem to have chosen to just go bland. This one has a newer update decor and was immaculate. Very well maintained. And loved that there was music playing! Haven’t heard that in such a long time!

15 minutes to get an ice cream cone after waiting and pick up then I had to drive through drive-through and ask for it
It’s aggravating most of the time pick up does not work for this location
But the girl at the front window was nice and she quickly took care of me once I got to her that’s the only reason why I gave it. Two extra stars was because she was so great.

Whoever manages this restaurant, please read this reviews and look at the photos.

I sat on table 101 and saw for a good 30 minutes a full trash bin, not one employee cared to check and empty the two bins. (See photo)

Right after placing my order on the monitors, I went to the men’s restroom. Oh boy, I regretted that trip. (See photos)

I ordered Coke Zero, but wanted to refill with sweet tea. That thing was open without a lid in sight, for God knows how long. (See photos) – I left with fruit punch.

Ordered online. We live ten minutes from this location. By the time we got home the food was cold. The large fries were served in a large fry box, but were only a medium portion. Ice was melted in the drinks, and the burgers were cold. We ended up throwing the food away and going to Wendy’s. Don’t waste your time or money here.

1st time at this location. i am disabled and I could not park in handicap because there delivery truck was parked in them when there was plenty of space for them to park in the back of the store but the guy was too lazy to have to walk further to deliver. this is unprofessional to sit there and block handicap for disabled customers. i will not be returning to the location since they don’t have any respect to make sure the disabled customers have those spaces to park in the delivery driver is obviously lazy and doesn’t care about him taking up parking spaces instead of him using the back lot that there was plenty of space.

This store has some of the laziest and most disrespectful employees. I picked up multiple doordash orders from here and every time it’s like pulling teeth. I was told by an employee Saturday morning when picking up in the drive thru that I had DD order, his response was “it’s not at this location” I confirmed the address as 455 canal road then he switched it up and said “we can’t make orders after 3am” (the store is open 24 hours Friday-Sunday) Went back for another order Saturday night around 11pm for another order and no one was at the drive thru. After waiting 20 minutes with no response I left. As I was driving around the store ALL the employees were outside on the opposite side of the building smoking in the parking lot. This location is a joke. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
