They were expectantly slammed busy, and churning out orders as fast as they could. We waited 20 minutes for our online/app order and another 15 minutes for milkshakes. MOST of the customers were patient and understanding, there were a few wanting to act children. The biggest problem I had was getting a McDonald’s burger on the rare side. I’m not a fan of rare cooked fast food. Thin patties shouldn’t take but a couple of minutes so they were rushing the food out a tad too quickly. All in all the employees were doing a great job and were remaining pleasant to the guests. Even to the bratty ones.

This place is literally a joke! If 0 or negative stars was an option I would have went that route! We had a big order I get it but the entire thing is wrong. My kids meals after requesting a cheese burger with double fries come as a hamburger plain and one small box of fries didn’t even throw the apples in there. Kids see this as a big deal. Our adult meals all the fries were basically ice. Nuggets are very cold and hard. I think the entire crew should be replaced. They take way too long to acknowledge the drive thru and have no customer service skills whatsoever. We will never go there again! Absolutely disgusting attitude people work there . With the exception of one employee who was very sweet. Management is a joke there as well! I just disputed my order with my bank and the money is back in my account within minutes.

The kiosks were not working, they wouldn’t take credit cards. Then it was impossible to get anyone to come up to the register to pay for or order your food. Once your order was placed, it was a minimum of 30 minutes to get the food. They didn’t give us the sauce for the chicken nuggets or the small lemonade, and it was impossible to get salt for the fries. Also, their frappe machine was apparently broken, but the kiosks weren’t updated and no sign was posted, so I saw a woman wait at least 20 minutes after having paid, to find out she couldn’t get it anyway! I’ve never been to a McDonald’s that the service was so bad.

This location is never a good experience. Employees are always a mess. Standing outside chatting while there’s nobody running the register inside. I waited 20 minutes for 2 apple pies. I’ve learned my lesson and won’t go here again. I’d rather drive futher than stop here because it’s close and convenient.

Very hit and miss. Always check to make sure you got the right order and everything you ordered. Assume you need to ask for a straw and napkins. Employees seem nice just overwhelmed.

Went to drive thru. Food was cold. I was greeted immediately, but when I said give me a minute, they waited on 3 other cars in the other line while I kept saying hello, finally came back to me, had to repeat order 3 times, cashier could not remember 4 things.

The burgers were hard and disgusting, I was on my way home from Tennessee and had to make a quick stop wish that stop was else where because it was slow and they almost charged me for the wrong order honestly the chicken nuggets were the only thing edible. I didn’t even order for myself but my 2 kids and husband. It was awful

Floors, tables & bathrooms were filthy. Construction was the big problem. There were loud jackhammers, equipment on the ground in front of the only entrance making an obstacle course & both handicap parking places were unavailable
