Had the new Big Arch. Nope. Won’t have it again. Just doesn’t taste good, has a bad aftertaste. The sauce is not good and I think I crunched one crispy onion. Halfway through I found one patty was pink.

Went yesterday, older black man took my order and cut me off. Rushed through taking my order when it was only us at the whole store. Went today and the same guy took my order: two sausage egg and cheese griddles and two large sweat teas. He didn’t ring up the other sweat tea and said he would add it at the window. Paid and got to the window to get my food. A girl I’ve seen a few times working there gave me my order very nicely. I told her I was supposed to have another sweat teas and she got it for me. My bf went to eat the McGriddles and they were only sausage. The man taking orders seemed to be a manager. He was rude, cutting ppls sentencing off before they could finish, and just in all had a bad attitude. The blonde girl working there was amazing and is always so sweet. I don’t understand why managers can treat their workers however they want while not doing the job their supposed to be doing, meanwhile there’s team members trying their absolute best to fix mistakes that HIGHER UPS made.

Usually have to ask specifically for nuggets to be made fresh or they tend to be dried out . The drive thru employees are nice and efficient. Usually burgers are good ,fries depends on how old they are. Just make sure you serve fresh hot food otherwise good place

Just left after waiting 20 mins for 2 fish sandwiches and a small fry. 14.+ with no drink. The time it took them to make it was crazy! They all IMO seem to be standing around where the food comes out from the cook chatting, dancing around etc. I had to ask young girl like 2 times the hold up and just told me couple more minutes. This McDonald’s isn’t as bad as the other in town where politeness is concerned, but they don’t mind making you wait. Sometimes you’ll be there for more than 15 min. Waiting on your meal. I only keep coming back here because of the prices.
