Honestly, fast food is usually better in the morning (because of the adults working) and worse at night (because of the children working). Things just flow different and I understand that.
This McDonald’s has never missed for me though and even when there was a problem they fixed it and made up for it. Children handle situations differently than adults so my boyfriend has had some run in with younger people who just didn’t care.
My food is always hot and fresh even when I get it delivered. It could be because I live right behind this location but we all know opening your delivery bag and getting old food or a wrong order is something we just get accustomed to over time. But they always get it right (sauces and all).
I recommend this location and I’ve spoken with the manager a couple times she’s professional and kind.

This experience was not good at all. My mother’s McGriddle egg was not fully cooked. The young man that delivered our food to our table did not bring straws or any other condiments.
When my mother went to ask for salt he stood there and said uh huh but didn’t move to get it for her.
We witnessed an employee take an empty cup and fill it partially with soda, drink it while standing in front of the drink machine. Then place the used cup on the counter and left it there. All while clearing his throat of mucus.
The trash is overflowing.
The bathroom was without toilet paper in 2 of the 3 stalls. The water pressure in the sink was affected by the toilets flushing.

This location is a complete mess. It seems like it’s run by a bunch of kids who don’t want to do even the bare minimum for their jobs (except for the one tall young guy who you could clearly see was trying best). I waited more than half an hour for one McChicken. Yes, ONE sandwich. Someone finally came halfway through to ask what I was waiting for, I told them, and they just said “ok.” I kept waiting another 15 minutes, and decided to park my car and walk in only to find out they had completely forgotten my order. When I went inside to ask about it, they claimed they didn’t even have my order in the system even though they had already CONFIRMED my name and order number at the drive-thru speaker earlier. If you’re in a hurry or just want your food made correctly, GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE. This franchise needs serious management intervention. The sheer level of disorganization and laziness here is insane. Nobody was paying attention, and nobody cared enough to fix it. The staff looked more focused on chatting with each other than actually serving customers.
I’ve been to plenty of McDonald’s locations, and this one is easily the worst by far. I wouldn’t come back here if it was the last McDonald’s on earth. Save yourself the frustration and drive to literally any other location because this one clearly doesn’t care about its customers or its reputation.
If this is how this franchise is being managed, corporate seriously needs to step in. It’s embarrassing for the brand.

I am a Dasher and the management is poor. I received a message saying my delivery was ready for pick up however, when I arrived and asked for the order, the worker said it was still being prepared. I said I got a message that the order was ready on the app. He said oh, its still another 5 minutes. I was waiting an additional 10vminutes before I asked the manager if the order was ready. The manger said its still being prepared. I repeated that I got a message saying the order was ready for pick up now 15 minutes ago. She said they dont have anything to do with the app. I said OK, let me call customer service. I called customer service and they said the store is responsible for saying the order is ready. I asked if the Manager was lying. He said yes. So I made it my business to report thr lying manager to this review because its a waste of time for people doing their work to deliver food to hungry customers just to be lied to. Do not go to this McDonalds on Abercorn on the Southside of Savnnah. The management is dishonest. So if they lie about an order being ready, they’ll likely lie about how they prepare the food or if the establishment is clean or if customer service is prompt.

Had the food already made. Someone asked me what order I had for DoorDash, then nothing, waited about 10 minutes then he asked again, nothing. Waited another 10 minutes and finally the general manager rolls around and asks. She picked up the bag and shoved it in the bag so it was definitely cold.

I ordered through the drive a Crispy Chicken Combo. The piece of chicken was very dark and tough in piece of it. It was either cooked to long or warmed over! The young lady that took my ordered was very friendly and the one who gave me the ordered was very friendly!
McDonald’s please serve better cripsy chicken then what I got today! You should think more of your customers than to serve food like this. I took a picture of it, but don’t see a place to put it.

What made me want to post this review, was they cleanliness, communications of the employees to get the orders out quickly, and everyone was in great moods and spirits. In the times of our era now, cleanliness and sanitizing customers areas is extremely important. When I saw Mrs. Elizabeth sanitizing doors, and opening doors for customers as needed, I was really impressed. After seeing this, I had to ask the store manager, (Nancy) if I may take a few photos and post a review. I explained why I wanted to, as I have above, and she agreed. I don’t usually post reviews for fast food establishments, however being so impressed with this McDonald’s, I just had to share.

i hate this mcdonalds. the children you all have hired simply cannot do their jobs correctly. every time! every single time something is wrong with my order. how does one forget the meat patties on a mcdouble? last time i ordered from there i ordered a 2 cheese burger meal and literally got just fries.

Made my order on the kiosk and went to pay cash at the register (don’t like using my card because I trust myself to spot skimmers), and after waiting 5 minutes I looked at the time on my phone. The young girl who could work the register (she was working it when I came in) walked by me 4 times and I even told her I wanted to pay for my meal so it would come up on their screen the first time she walked by, well 20 minutes later after checking the time I finally gave up. 3 other people gave up before me. 1 was there before me. Went to Cookout and was in and out with my food in under 7 minutes. Haven’t had McDonald’s since and if I ever do IT WILL NOT BE AT THIS ONE!
