Sat in drive thru after doing an online order for 20+ minutes ended up with a mixed match order with maybe 40% of the items correct. Horrible McDonalds possibly the worst I’ve ever been to and if you don’t believe me go off practically not one positive review in over a month. The owner/manager needs to open their eyes and either get their hands dirty or find new staff.

The slowest McDonald’s possibly out there. I typically have to wait 15+ minutes. Order ahead is pointless. I placed a mobile order at 17:02. At 17:38 still no food. When I asked about it the receipt showed “enjoy your food”. I asked about it and they stayed they were just starting to make the food.
Updated we got our food 17:47. Met with excuses that we ordered speciality food. We did order for a family of five. 2 quarter pounders meals and nugget meals. They stated they had to go get food from surrounding stores to get the speciality food. We were not met with empathy but it’s our fault we ordered complicated food. We live 5 minutes away and our food wasn’t even remotely warm.

Don’t bother to come here. Apparently they threw out all the food before closing time and stop taking orders before closing time. But they gladly taken an order before me while I was waiting in line before the other vehicle went ahead.

You have got to read the whole review…This was the rudest most unprofessional McDonald’s I have ever seen in my life. I ordered two big macs and a large fry at 10:37 pm. When I got home the order was wrong. I went back again and spoke to the manager at 10:55 pm and she said they were closed and I should have come back earlier to correct my order. 13 minutes I was gone. The manager was so rude and nasty I could not even believe it. She said to come back in the morning and she would fix it. I came back the next morning and spoke with the same manager. First thing she said was”I thought you weren’t coming back again.” She would not correct my order or give me back my money. I have to say that I have eaten at McDonald’s for over 30 years and have NEVER EVER been treated as badly… but I can say with surety that I will NEVER EVER eat at another McDonalds as long as I live

I had placed an order at 9:20 and still didn’t receive any food 30 minutes later after 10. Went in to ask for a time estimate on how much longer the wait would be and was meet with disrespectful tone and inappropriate language. Overall horrible customer service especially from the manager Malachi. 0/10 experience would not recommend putting your good business at this establishment. (The order we placed was not that big, and there were not that many people at this restaurant at this time).

Well 10 months have gone by and it still sucks. Getting worse. Prices up gravy portion down. Tomorrow I’ll go to Wendy’s. McDonald’s on Wilmington Island – Johnny Mercer Blvd. This is the last time I order gravy biscuits. It’s almost $4 for one (a single biscuit costs only $1.49 without gravy). They NEVER fill or half fill the container with gravy – so what am I paying for? If you don’t want to offer them then just take off the damn menu. I’m tired of getting ripped off. Plus girl at pay window is rude.
