First even if they say order from app we bring it to table that’s not what happened. We went pick our food they just said they don’t bring to table and need to pick it. We ordered 2 happy meal and the fries were just 6 pieces. We have never had this kind of issue ever in any other locations. Kids were sad that they didn’t get enough fries.

I go here just to hear the sweet, sweet sound of the man over the drive-thru speaker say “WELCOME TO MCDONALDS”. What a beautiful song to hear when I am getting my cheat meal. Service has always been great but I return just for the voice that comes out of the speaker.

We waited at the speaker for 10 minutes while the employee told us she needed to catch up before taking our order. After finally ordering, we spent another 20 minutes at the pickup window, and were then asked to pull ahead—adding another 10 minutes. In total, it took 40 minutes from start to finish for a simple order.
We ordered two Happy Meals and two adult meals. Both Happy Meals were wrong and missing the toy, apple slices, and yogurt. The food we did receive was cold, with grease and mayo smeared all over the wrappers.
Honestly, this was the worst fast food experience we’ve ever had. Even my children wouldn’t eat their cheeseburgers, saying they tasted bad. The staff appeared completely overwhelmed and unsure what to do. Please staff and train your team properly—this location clearly needs major improvement.

If I could give zero starts, I would. I ordered a breakfast burito, and asked for picante sauce, they said it was already in the bag. When I got to work, no sauce, no napkins, no ketchup. At least check the bag, before you say its in there. Employees don’t care.

Went through the drive through, ordered my food and when I got to the window they had me pull around front. They had me wait a half hour and they didn’t even bring the food out. I went in and they had forgotten I was out front. The cherry on top is they gave me the wrong order too. Don’t go to this location. It’s worth the extra trip to go to the one on Wilmington island.

Been in the drive through for 35 minutes and there are still 4 cars in front of us. I did a mobile order and, if it wasn’t for promising my son McDonalds for his birthday breakfast, I would cancel this order. Looks like it will be lunch before we get our food. Never coming back here again.
