This McDonalds is excessively slow. I saw 7 cars leave the drive-thru because the queue moved every 4 mins. I entered the line with 1 car ahead of me in a two line queue at 9:56pm. I waited over 10 mins to order and received my meal at I could have received a meal more quickly if I had been seated in restaurant. Avoid this location. You pay at the window and then you hand your receipt to the person at the pick up. And the put the order together at the pick up window.

This is certainly the slowest McDonalds I have ever seen. The drive through has a line around the building at all times. There are also always about 10 people waiting for food inside and when watching food only comes out once every several minutes. This is in no way fast and I dread when I really want a McGriddle because I have to come here. I will say the food is usually hot and good and the staff are pleasant. There is some good music playing inside. I don’t know if they are understaffed or if the entire operation is just ran so poorly.

I usually do not go to McDonald’s and when I do, I often avoid this location on Ogeechee Rd. While I have never had a bad experience with the staff, or the resturant cleanliness, the food is terrible! It never fails, the burger patties are always cooked to the point of being dried out and even have black spots. Its like they were cooked days ago. The breads often have hard places as if they are going stale. The chicken nuggets are much the same, over cooked and dried out to no end. The outside breading is so hard, you could break a tooth eating it. It seems like everything they are serving at this location is old and reheated to the point of being dry or on the verge of going bad. I strongly recommend people find another location. The food at this one just isn’t worth what you spend.

My last review for this location was 5 stars & that they had the best french fries but today if I could give 0 stars I would. This was my absolute worst experience at a McDonald’s today. The lady taking orders in drive thru missed one of our McChickens so I had to go inside to find out she didn’t ring it up. So we had to drive back through again while on a time crunch. The lady taking orders told us to pull to the first window. Then didn’t charge us & told us drive to the second window. Then proceeds to tell us to go thru a 3rd time to reorder it. We never got the sandwich & so I didn’t eat today. Thank you so much to the POS manager on duty that doesn’t know how to do her job. I worked at a McDonald’s for 4 years..it’s not rocket science.

I go inside because drive through was long. I ask the manager could she take my order and she told me straight out no. Told me I had to use the mobile tablet. I said I don’t want to and ask if she could take my order, again she told me no so I left, someone else wants my money. The thing about it if she was busy I could understand but she standing there talking holding a casual conversation with other people talking about how bad they are

I had the worst experience at this store after going there to pick up an order I stood in the lounge waiting for more than 20 minutes before I was attended to i told the young lady that I was there to pick up an order whilst standing there 2 other lady came and go there order and left. I proceeded to ask her again about my order and she stated that she’s waiting on hash browns. She proceeded to cash about six other customers. After another 20 minutes I asked her about the other and she shun me off and proceeded to whisper to another lady that was on the floor that lady came over to me and ask how can she help me. I told her I’m waiting for my order she went over and grabbed my order that was on the counter. The young lady wearing glasses was rude and dismissive definitely shouldn’t be at the front dealing with paying customers.

Ordered breakfast on the McDonald’s app order was completed at 10:19 had our confirmation number drive all the way to the McDonald’s press to confirm that I’m here. It said there’s been a problem with your order and your money has been refunded. so one of two things they either lied about when they stop making breakfast. or we’re too lazy. to do their job and make breakfast until 1030 like it says.
