The food took over an hour, and might as well have been made using food from the garbage. The lettuce was old, cheese was unrelated, patties were burnt, and the two tomatoes on it were the two end parts of the tomato–stem and all.
On top of this, there were no napkins, straw or the 3 barbecue sauces I paid for. And since the order arrived so late, it was as cold as it was before being made.

June 8,2025 I visited McDonald’s,I’m on vacation had to walk nine minutes to get there, the manager melekeeha didn’t repeat my order ,had a stink attitude,the restaurant was dirty even the bathroom my fries wasn’t fresh at all I spent 16 dollars for my food looks like the grease want clean either sloppy attitude,he talks back , doe. sn’t listen to the customer ,Soggy fries I didn’t have time to argue he needs to check his attitude ,my burger is dry they don’t check temp on food serving bad too ,my bread is burnt also

I ordered one item. A medium orange drink. about 7 minutes after I ordered a young lady came out of the back and made about 8 drinks and put them on a rack and disappeared. I waited over 10 minutes as me and some of the other customers who had ordered drinks only began to try and get someone’s attention. To get my complete order of one drink it took 17 minutes. I asked the lady if I could have a receipt with a survey on it and she walked away. I think the people I delt with were intelligent and capable of better service. they are probably undertrained and overwhelmed. I understand it’s harder than ever to get quality help… they need to pay more for more people or or shut this location down and preserve precious McDonald’s name.

This is quite possibly the worst McDonald’s in America. It’s just sad, small and dirty. Ordered a drink and sausage burrito at the kiosk because there was quite a line at the register. The receipt didn’t print, so I didn’t get an order number. I let one of the people behind the counter know that the receipts were not printing, and she didn’t even acknowledge me. Of course they wouldn’t bring the order to a table (no table markers at the kiosk) and instead read off the order number (that I didn’t have), but I figured it was mine. Same person I spoke to before, still no acknowledgement other than to hand me the bag. It was almost like she was mad at me about something. Found a seat (tiny place, fills up quick), and of course it was very dirty. At least the burrito actually seemed to have been made recently, so that was the only bright side to this place. The only way I can think to really describe this place is just depressing.

What should have heen a short McDonald’s stop turned into a wild and hour long ride. Everywhere was closing up and my mom and I stopped in here as a last resort. I tried to order at the kiosk after waiting at the register for five minutes with no acknowledgement. Unfortunately, the kiosk took me through all the steps and told me to pick up a pager, which they didn’t have set up, so I couldn’t order on there either. I waited another ten minutes at the register before the lady, who saw me multiple times, acknowledged my presence. Upon ordering I was told it would be a long, long wait because the order in front of us had 14 burgers. No big deal, except that long wait was accompanied by everyone else who ordered after me getting their food first and the workers standing in line of sight scrolling on their phones. There was also a point where a male worker opened the register, took all the money out of the till, and took pictures with it!?!?! What!?!? Insane that he still has a job.

Service was slow and it wasn’t that busy. People would walk in and say they ordered something and staff would just ask what item instead of their order number. Was inconsistent in delivering the food in order of when you ordered. The self serve order machine was out of paper so you had no idea what your number was. Store was pretty clean considering its location.

Absolute garbage. Waited 25 minutes to even order while employees actively leaned on counters while using their phones. Cashier left for the day (I think) about 2 customers in front of us and no one came to the register for over 5 minutes. Then she took an order and would just walk away for 3-5 minutes. Customers approached other people behind the counter with questions and were ignored during several attempts for assistance. Restaurant was filthy, bathroom was filthy and not stocked. Literally the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever seen.
