Unbelievably bad. Every single table and many chairs were covered with food from prior diners, and the 2 high chairs present were filthy. It seems like nobody cleans at this location, I don’t even want to know what the food prep area looks like… Ordered 2 happy meals for the kids, and was given hardly any fries, one box had literally 7 fries in it, but the staff was so unapproachable and disengaged, it wasn’t even worth arguing over it, so we just didn’t. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant or drive thru, so it certainly wasn’t due to how busy they were. Won’t be back to this one.

Went through drive thru. Woman asked ” will you be using the app today?” ” No.” Then” alright.” Nothing else . Not “may I help you?”” Order when ready,” nothing. Menu sign was off. After a minute of silence I left. Same thing two weeks later. Won’t be going back. Try Burger King at exit 49 instead.

Another McDonald’s trying to do the robot thing nobody comes to the register and if you have an issue and you even look the direction of a payed employee they turn away immediatelyi even said excuse me still ignored . The restaurant is dirty nasty but we have to still service people just because you have an automated machine in your lobby doesn’t mean people don’t have issues no hair nets or no gloves being worn this is disturbing . Stopped in for a break from driving. The bathrooms men and women was pathetic. Toilet paper all over the floor, trash cans over flowing, dining area in a mess. I understand being over whelmed with costumers, but all areas needs attention to help with costumer satisfaction.

Only ordered a coffee and iced latte, never printed out the receipt. Took over 15 minutes to get the order and when we talked to them they said that they didn’t even have the drink i already paid for. Without a doubt the worst McDonalds i’ve ever been to in my life. The employees are just standing around and talking to each other. I’m typing this now after ordering over 15 minutes ago and still have yet to get our drinks

This has been the worse McDonald’s I have ever been to. The place was dirty. Floor was sticky. Tables were dirty. Fruit flies everywhere. No ice at the soda machines. Had to wait to ask for ice as staff was overwhelmed. Soda machines were dirty. Staff had attitudes. Orders were wrong. Shared a dirty bathroom with the convenience store. Asked for dipping sauces and they didn’t have any. After I received my correct order the food was cold. Stay away and keep on driving.

Went to just pick up a quick meal for myself and some guys working 16 hour shifts. Took forever to get my food. I was made to wait in line for about five minutes. The employees where very nice so I didn’t say anything. When I arrived back and we went to eat I noticed that I was missing an order even though it was on the receipt. All of our orders came with fries. All the orders where only about half full and just thrown all in the bag. I called the store and spoke to the manager. He assured me that he would make it right if I came back. He also said that they had a trainee filling orders. I wasn’t able to come back. I remember when you never had to question mcdonalds. Now its just like everything else. Subpar. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this happen here but it will be the last.

Unfortunately I’m not given the option to give less than one star. We spoke to 3 different McDonald’s employees just to ask if they were open and all 3 acted as if we were invisible. Poor poor customer service

This was by far the most unpleasant McDonald’s I have ever visited. Both the men’s and women’s restrooms smelled extremely bad, with urine on the floor and trash overflowing. The women’s restroom was especially concerning due to unsanitary conditions. This location seriously needs attention, and I would hope the health department takes a look.
