Updating because I decided to try this location again. They gave our mobile pickup order to some random family in the drive thru. We’ve been sitting for 30 minutes for 2 kids meals and 2 meal deals. The manager said this is the 4th mobile order the team has messed up. Hes currently chewing out the crew. My question is 1. Why are you chewing them out if youre the one thats supposed to be managing everyone? 2. If your team is this inefficient, why do you have this team? Its always something at this location, and im begging corporate to do something at this point.

THIS IS THE 2ND TIME I HAVE ORDERED 2 6 pc. Chicken McNuggets® Happy Meal® on doordash and you all didnt include the chicken nuggets. what the actual hell?! im not even getting a 6 pc. Chicken McNuggets® Happy Meal® its in the NAMEof the Happy meal. this is absolutely ridiculous. cant even feed my kids properly with what I ordered because of how much food were missing. SHAME ON YALL. secondly why is the box greasy? did yall take out the nuggets from the box?thats disgusting. for the second Happy meal there are no fries. also I ordered double fries. where are they?not in the boxes I ordered. guess order 3 meals if you want to make sure you get a full one?
I dont know what’s going on with your workers but yall have got to get it together.
This was my favorite McDonald’s but now long wait times, constantly getting my order wrong and screwing up doordash makes it impossible to order here. I feel like I constantly have to check my bag before I ever leave the drive thru. Its like yall want this place to be shut down by corporate.
YALL I JUST RECHECKED AND THEY FORGOT ONE OF THE COOKIES TOO. if im paying $1 per cookie could yall at least try to remember to send it?

Ordered 3 meals on drive thru. Get to first windows girl looks like she dont want to be there. Then go to second window. Lady gives me drinks and tells me to park around ♀️ ♀️ ♀️. Evertime i come im always parked. Not sure if its personal which I dont know anyone in there or they can’t handle 3 simple orders which I always order 3 meals everywhere I go. Then they took 15 minutes. Got home fries are cold and big mac looks like they just slammed the ingredients together

This McDonald’s takes a while in the drive thru in the morning. I’ve waited 20+ minutes before. Usually the drive through between 630 and 730 takes about 18 minutes total on average. Other than that the food is okay. I’ve had better quality McDonald’s.
All in all, it’s not a bad location. Just takes a while in the morning.

Stopped here on a road trip a few days ago – ordered a couple drinks at around 4pm, and they were all ready in a few minutes, good service.
Ice cream machine was broken at the time of my visit.
Bathrooms were clean but had no paper towels.
Just some small operations related issues at this place – other than that this is a decent McDonald’s to go to, especially if you are using the Tesla Supercharger in the parking lot next door.

If you want the shittiest staff and longest wait for a 2 sandwich order come here. Couldn’t even cancel my mobile order that I order 45minutes in advanced all the lady could say was “sorry, you can either wait or not”

It isn’t…
do these places have a district Mgr overseeing the store mgmt. team? WoW too many 1 Stars to ever go back to this one again…and they all have a universal theme, is there no one paying attention??? Lol, sheesh.
Why can no restaurants get it right down here in this area?
This has to be the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever tried to buy food from, the girl working the drive-thru couldn’t have been more unprofessional, uncaring, or uninterested in just simply taking an order for my lunch. Had to finally just pull away- couldn’t take it anymore. Literally nobody in the Drive-Thru but me and just had to sit there and wait for her to finally come on the mic. When she did this is how I was greeted “place your order” dead voiced, attitude, smh. Terrible experience…
Tried to use YOUR system to have a discount, all she said was, “that no good” WoW.
That’s the best they can get for help? I know we’re in a labor crisis but that’s sad…

If only I could give 0 stars… The lack of brains this establishment has is ungodly. Trying to make people sick with their lack of cooking. You can’t have people work in food if they do not know what it is they are doing. I don’t spend my money to get raw food. The service isn’t any better either. This place and many others should be shut down immediately. You wouldn’t want to eat raw meat so why sell it to us?…… People can die from eating undercooked meat especially if your workers aren’t clean like they should be…..

There was not clean table in the place.
If you move the drink machines out of the dining area make sure you keep a close eye on the front counter. I saw multiple customers wait 5 minutes or more for someone to help them.

i paid for my food in the drive thru at 1:44, i didnt get my food until almost 45 minutes later! IT WAS ONLY ONE MEAL. i was pulled up and they forgot about me out there. each time the worker would bring out food, it would be for others, never mine. i asked the worker that was serving the other pulled up cars 3 TIMES TO PLEASE CHECK ON MY FOOD AND NOTHING. i proceed to go inside because ive spent half my lunch break waiting on food. the hispanic lady manager is rude, dismissive, and doesn’t know wth she’s doing. she pulls every car up in drive thru. every single one. i guess to make her times look better? so i get my food after having to wait 15 MINUTES IN THE STORE FOR FOOD I ORDERED 30 MINUTES AGOOO. the manager gives me my food and it’s WRONG!!! im already back at work by the time i realized and i feel like that’s what was best for me and the workers. i will never be back. demolish the whole building
