The employees are very nice and I usually get my food very quickly! My only complaint would be that the ice cream machine is usually down, but they’re always good about issuing refunds if it is. Definitely a great spot to grab lunch!

I don’t even know how this place stays open. Always check your order, it’s either completely wrong or you don’t get all of your order. Last time we were told they could not sell us any extra value meals because they were out of cups for drinks. Obviously super poor management if can’t remember to order cups or try to get cups from another location until your cup order comes in. I wonder if this franchise owner knows how much $$$ they lose.

My husband and I both got double quarter pounder meals and we did not get to enjoy them because when we bit down into them ALL OF THE BURGERS WERE RAW! IT WAS DISGUSTING. AND WE HAD TO PULL UP AND WAIT 25 MINUTES FOR BOTH BURGERS TO BE COMPLETELY UNCOOKED. Someone or a child is going to end up getting sick because of their negligence to properly cook food.

The employees are nice and I appreciate their service but they always forget something, usually whatever condiments or drinks you ordered. Oftentimes, they will mix up something, such as a regular chicken and a spicy chicken. If you go here, keep your expectations low.

So I ordered at the kiosk and then stood back for employees to see me so I could pay. After an employee seen me and didn’t bother to help I sat down. A few minutes later I noticed my number wasn’t on the board so I got back up to wait again. Same employee seen me standing there again and turned her back again. After 10 minutes I guess she got tired of being started at she turned around looked at me looked around and spoke her head no like she didn’t want to deal with me. She didn’t say 2 words to me till I got my order to leave. If you want to know what was so important that she didn’t have time for me. Her phone thats right scrolling social media was more important than a customer.
