In response to the CDC’s guidance, crew and customers will be required to resume wearing masks inside U.S. restaurants in areas with high or substantial transmission, regardless of vaccination status. Masks are always required for customers and crew who are not vaccinated. In addition to performing deep cleaning, safety shields are also in place for protection.

Came in and order a 3.29 bundle meal. Everything was fine until I seen an employee eat a fry that fell out of its bag then she went as far as bagging the fries after she ate the fallen fry. She didn’t even wash her hands. She called my order out and she was still chewing on the fry when I asked her if she can swap out my fries for fresh ones. Told her I seen her eating the fries. The fries where swapped out but it was still gross that she touched my food after she eat some of my food

Use to be okay but the last couple times I have ordered has been a disaster. Always have to pull up even if it’s for ONE burger. Takes forever. Most employees are extremely rude (at least the ones who bring you your food out when you have to pull up) and most obviously have lack of work ethnic. The floors are so greasy feeling you have to be careful not to fall. No wonder wet floor signs are always up.

I ordered from the table and the order was supposed to come to my table(107). For some reason the lady told me she had called my number, although the food was supposed to come to the table. The other was okay. The double cheese-burger was supposed to be without pickles. This is the second time I have ordered the cheeseburger this way and both times they have just used a preorder with the pickles on it. I don’t like the smell or taste of them. I used to brag on your french fries but I hardly order them anymore because it’s hit or miss on them being at least fairly warm. Your fries are the best when they are hot out of the grease.

Order was accurate and food was good but they had six vehicles parked and waiting for drive through orders to be completed. In the 15 minutes we waited only 2 cars received their order while the rest was parked.

Nobody wanted to work the front counter. I waited 35 mins for a BEC McGriddle. When the lady handed me my food I asked for my drink cup, she told me to ask the cashier. She mustve liked the other customers better because she gave them their cup. I had to wait another 5 min for the cashier before I was given my drink cup. I went to make my drink and the machine sprayed soda everywhere, so after all that I didn’t even get a drink. This was one of the worse experiences I’ve had at McDonald’s, and there has been some pretty bad ones. I hope I don’t have to go back to this one.

Guess they got a little back up with the 6 cars in the line & had to put all of us in the waiting parking slots. Waited about 5 mins for them to come out, so that wasn’t a problem. You can tell they rushed the food coming out cause my sammich (sandwich) looked as if it was thrown together. Haven’t eaten at Mickey D’s (McDonald’s) in a while but I was on the road traveling & it was the only restaurant in the area with a drive thru.
