Excuse me!!!! Her response should’ve been “ok ma’am let me get you another one”. Especially when the evidence was in plain sight. A McFlurry….a simple McFlurry
But yet it was so difficult. Do better McDonald’s!
First of all, when I arrived, the restaurant lobby was completely closed, with no notice at all. There was no sign on the door and no information online saying that only the drive thru was operating. During the approximately 30 minutes I was there, several customers parked their cars, tried to enter the restaurant, and left confused because the doors were locked.
Since I couldn’t go inside, I went to the drive thru. The wait was already very long. I spent at least 10 minutes just waiting in the drive thru line before even placing my order. When I finally received my order, it was wrong. It was not what I had ordered.
I told the employee at the window that the order was incorrect. A young blond male employee, who appeared to be the manager, acknowledged the mistake and asked me to park and wait in my car, saying they would bring the correct order out to me.
After waiting more than 10 minutes parked and no one bringing my food, I got out of my car and tried to enter the restaurant to speak to someone. The doors were still locked, so I couldn’t even go inside to complain. Because of that, I had to walk on foot through the drive thru lane, in between cars, just to reach the service window and ask about my order.
At that point, the same employee admitted that they had completely forgotten about my order. I was told to wait again. I ended up standing on foot in the drive thru area, surrounded by cars, waiting for my food to be prepared.
Although the manager seemed to be trying, the entire team appeared completely lost and disorganized. To make things worse, when I finally received my food, the quality was terrible. The fries were undercooked, basically raw, and the sandwiches were very poorly assembled.
Without any doubt, this was the worst McDonald’s service I have ever experienced in my life.
Not open for dining at 5, not open at 7, change your signs, and change the times on Google. Looked in and pointed at the door and a blonde haired lady wearing a headset shook her head mouthing No.
EDIT: So I realized this place just doesn’t open the lobby anymore due to staff issues or the like, which I find pretty ridiculous, sounds like a bunch of lazy workers to me. Get a new job, get a better manager, get some better employees.
