Update I received an email to come back McDonald’s to have my order remade. Thank you to the manager and young lady who helped me this morning I really do appreciate it for making things right. So I’m updating my score from one star to a four-star. I would like change it back to five stars in the future because I really like coming to this location.

I had to wait over 20 minutes for them to get me an apple pie. I ordered on the app and it still took them forever. There was a lot of chit chat going on between the employees and no one was multitasking. For example the fry girl only did fries and when she wasn’t pulling them out of the grease, she was standing there just taking to other employees who were also just standing around.

After reading the previous reviews of this McDonald’s, I expected very little. I was tetering on a 4-star review, but the service was just a disinterested young lady with an attitude of I hate my job, I hate being here and I could care less whether you live or die. The place was not busy at all, and the food was dropped off on the counter with no emotion at all. There was not a smile or anything. Despite standing right at the counter…. nothing. I guess basic human interaction was something the young lady never was taught at home?
The restaurant was not in the best shape as many seats. Were taped off with caution ⚠️ tape missing cushions.
The lobby area had numerous cleaning supplies left within the customer view.
The food was typical McDonald’s level of quality. Don’t expect anything you order to look like the menu’s photo.
I only came to this McDonald’s because they have a children’s play area.

The GM is very rude and disrespectful. Smell like alcohol. The store is very unprofessional. Employees doesn’t wear hairnets. My sandwich had old lettuce and onions. Worst McDonald’s ever. Do see why they are still open. The health department most definitely needs to pay them a visit

I have ordered DoorDash from here multiple times and every time atleast half my food was missing and they do nothing about it. We call and they said “we are short staffed I’m sorry” like I spent over $40 and didn’t even get half of my food . The doordasher asked them if they had everything due to them never getting big orders correct. I was on the phone with the dasher and heard them say “yes everything is in there” when I received the food over half was missing! The bag was 100% sealed!! Then i ordered some more food to make up the missing items and those items came completely wrong from what I ordered!! -10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Absolutely the first and last visit to this location. There were so many flies we spent more time swatting the flies than we did eating. If there are that many flies in the dining area I hate to think of what the kitchen area looked like. Not recommended to anyone to eat there. I would give it a minus 5 stars.

I just went there today to get my friend some food after she got off work. I was ordering and the lady would not listen to me and kept getting thing wrong on my order. At the end I asked her if she added mac sauce and she told me to “look at you screen ma’am its right there”. I asked her why she had an attitude and she stated “I don’t have an attitude look at your screen” so I said hold on and went to the window. At the window they had a boy there to try and cover the girl standing right there who had given me attitude for her lack of common sense and listening skills. I asked for the manger and told him he happened. He then did nothing but apologize for her and checked me out. This experience has been very nerve racking and really shows how these worker on watson can act anyway they want and be protected.
