I don’t know what this store got going on but they need to figure it out. Why did I go here in the afternoon and there’s literally one car in the drive thru. I pull up and am there for a good minute or two no greeting no acknowledgment nothing. I’ve worked drive thrus. It’s rude to just yell out hello ??? But I’d been there a minute and I know for a fact there are multiple people in there with headsets ? I say hello ? After atleast a minute or two of silence and a girl with a snippy tone says “I’ll be with you a minute.” Almost as if you could’ve said that the moment I pulled up. No apology nothing just an attitude. I pulled off and left. I guess order point times dont matter at this store. Not only am I suppose to wait longer with one car in your drive thru but then deal with some girls attitude ? I think not. Save your time, save your money. Go somewhere that actually greets you and doesn’t ignore you and then act as you’re inconveniencing them by asking them to do their job.

I recently visited this McDonald’s location and was very disappointed with the customer service experience. The drive-thru staff displayed poor attitudes and lacked basic professionalism.
I understand fast-food environments can be busy, but that should not come at the expense of courtesy and respect toward customers. Positive customer service is a reflection of management and workplace standards, so I hope this location can work on improving staff professionalism and overall service quality.

Special ordered two burgers and a Coke, got EXACTLY what I ordered!!! You would not believe how many places screw up my simple order. No pickles, no mustard, extra onions. How hard is that??? The people here were friendly and fast.

I went inside to order on Thursday February 26, 2026 around 9:00 pm. My 10 piece nugget was undercooked and greasy, my Big Mac had no cheese and no pickle. Instead of doing their job and making sure the order was cooked properly the employees were more concerned joking around, dancing, and singing Beyonce. I’ll be in tomorrow to speak personally to a manager because there was no getting a hold of a manager on the phone due to the number just saying nobody could answer when I just called it. The place was operating as if there was no night time manager or there needs to be a new night time manager. Next time I’ll just go to Cookout.

Almost everyday, I come and order food for my grandsons, and usually I don’t expect any service with a smile because what can I say it is fast food place where the people are under pay, over worked and most of them probably is fed up with customers. However, today was an exceptional day. The lady who gave me the food through the drive through was so sweet. She had the biggest smile and the most friendly personality. I did ask for her name, but I had forgotten it because her name was not an ordinary name. Thank you for being so kind today, and for having that big smile…McDonald…I hope you will give her the credit that she deserves.

After over a one year of never visiting this McDonalds due to them sending me to a parking space and forgetting about me, once again they tell me and several vehicles to pull around front for a $13.45 order just to forget about me again and leave me out here in the front of the building for 25 minutes serving everybody else again. The absolute worst McDonald’s in the world! Totally vindicates me about why I said I’ll never visit that place ever again. So much for trying to give them a second chance. See ya!!! This McDonald’s does not care about the customers whatsoever.

It’s about 30° this morning I ran in I used the bathroom, washed my hands got back in the car and I’ll soon be on the road again. I didn’t even buy a cup of coffee or pick up any Trash which is something I might normally do, it was just get inside & leave just as quickly as I arrived. Clean & wonderful was how I found the restroom facilities. I try to leave places that I go to cleaner than when I arrive but that would have been difficult here. Much gratitude

All I order was a large fry and two pies. The large fries were only half filled up. How do I know someone didn’t eat from this? How do you not fill up the thing to the top? Then we only got one pie and it was a strawberry and crème pie in an Apple pie container. This experience was so bad it’s laughable like I literally laughed at how bad it was once I checked my food. I understand McDonald’s is always known for having bad food service but this was such an easy order and they weren’t even busy.

I went to go pick up a meal and the second i get to the speaker i hear a loud scream through the speaker. Then waiting for them to take my order i can hear them telling one of the girls to mute her mic and laughing. terrible service i shouldve got a refund. the food was also freezing cold, when i drove up to the windows both had crowds of workers just talking and acting a fool. i get at work sometimes you want to laugh and talk but customers come first. this was a horrible experience.

This place does the craziest stuff when it comes to getting your order correct at the drive thru. I just picked up a 6 piece nuggets happy meal for my son and got a box with 3 hamburger patties instead. So now I have an upset child and this is not the first time this has happened. I got a McChicken sandwich and only received a McChicken patty 3 weeks ago. You may want to check your order before you leave the drive thru at this location.
